Very friendly and helpful sales staff. I've been a shopper at Lane Bryant for decades. The store always looks great and the dressing rooms are very spacious.

This specific location of Lane Bryant , in my opinion, is the worst location to shop. There are many reasons for this. I have been refused use of their customer restroom (they have a separate one for employees) due to the fact they accept delivery of inventory close to the restroom and will not allow anyone back there to use the restroom. I am on medication that is a diuretic and sudden urges are uncontrollable. Was told to use the restroom at other stores in the plaza, excuse me?
Also, on the three or so occasions I have had to return to return or re-order items, specifically bras (new style unfamiliar with fit), the top manager has had a contrite, aloof attitude that has left me quite unsettled. She was clearly annoyed I had to return to re-order another size and was rude. At first I thought maybe I was reading too much into her poor attitude…not. Her attitude was completely different as I encountered her assisting another customer. She was courteous, respectful and kind to the other customer. She even went out of her way to engage in personal banter and conversation with the other customer while keeping me waiting in line. Her negative demeanor and sour attitude seemed reserved solely for me. On the three occasions I went to the store, upon seeing her in the store, left me quite unsettled and really not wanting to conduct my business there. She is consistently negative and offers no assistance that can be considered constructive and helpful. I can understand having a bad day and it affects one’s ability to be personable and courteous in service- related occupations, but all three interactions were oddly the same. Seems to be a consistently dour and sour person, at least with me. Could be other characteristics and with me that are beyond my control that may have affected her ability to be kind and provide quality customer service. Will leave it at that.
I am not valued as a customer at this location and will purchase my clothes elsewhere. If Lane Bryant wants that type of leadership heading their stores, have at it. There are plenty of stores to shop and spend my money.

Poor service. I’m between sizes so I thought would go to lane Bryant after a friend’s recommendations. I felt super judged on wanting to shop here. I asked simple questions about jeans sizing and was greeted with looks and an “I don’t know the waist sizing on those pants”. Even after simple probing, was not given ANY helpful suggestion. No helpful attitude like “let me help you look online”, or even a straight up “honey we don’t carry your size”. I’m not skinny or plus sized, I’m neatly in the middle having gone through some life changes. Note to the ladies behind the till, it doesn’t hurt to help someone or point them in the right direction. A customer of yours gave me recommendations after feeling sorry for me having seen the whole interaction.

I like it's not in a typical mall. everyone who works there is really sweet. Being handicapped they go out of their way to help me find what I am looking for. They are effective,efficient, and courtesy. Love going there to shops they have a cute collection for leisure and work. Would absolutely recommend them.

Lane Bryant was a store I liked coming to but now I don't. I needed to use the bathroom and I was told at first I would have to be escorted to the bathroom because of the boxes in there. The associate changed it up and said I would have to go down to Marshall's to use the bathroom. I had to use the bathroom bad and I left instead of shopping there. I definitely don't believe they are going all the way to Marshall's to use the bathroom. This is definitely bad customer service. Why are the boxes being stored in the bathroom ? They said it's because of new orders coming in but there should be enough room for clothes to be put in another area besides the bathroom. I'm a lane Bryant card holder too and I've been coming here for over 2 Years, I may not come back here anymore.Update... This is the store's bathroom, not the employee's bathroom. But if that's how customers are treated, I will not be going back there.

It's nice to know that there is still a lane Bryant store to shop in. Only problem I had with this location is they are renting the space next door and using that door for customers to enter lane Bryant. Borh doors look like they are in use. But they are using the one door that still has the old business name over that door. And if you never been to this location you would think there was 2 different stores like we did. You can see the name of the other store on this picture. My sister and I and another lady in her car thought they were closed until we saw a customer walk into the other door. I did go in they have lots of tops nothing to dressy. The sales lady said the were getting rid of the causal clothing and bringing in the new later everything is buy 1 get 60% off the other.
