I have major anxiety toward needles and came here recently to get blood work done. I had to bring my dog with me and they were so accommodating. Everyone was so sweet to my dog as well; she also enjoyed the experience
Shout out to Chyra for making the process very easy. She took the blood in like 30 seconds and we were on our way

Great experience. Straight to the point . Fast and safe . Staff was very blunt and loved their humor. Took my son and he was nervous of the needles and the staff member was so funny and made the experience better for him .

Horrible place. The staff is very disrespectful. I’ve been here many times and I always have issues. Their hours are horrible also. Would never come here again but my insurance forces me to use them. Probably the only reason they are in business.

Staff is very rude. The woman who took my daughters blood was the rudest of them all. She also did a horrible job taking her blood. My daughter has had pain for almost a month from her vein. Never going there again.

This labcorp mishandled my blood draw and as a result I have to get blood drawn again. It was one draw one day and another in two days so I basically had it drawn twice for nothing and now I have to get it drawn twice again. Thanks so much for that.

The gentleman named Armando from the photo department does not have the best customer service skills. He is quite rude and intentionally sighs really loudly to let customers know that he is upset. Very unprofessional behavior. You would think that at the very least cordiality would be expected from a shift lead.

They are unfriendly and have a very ignorant attitude toward patients. They have no skills, so they stab me several times every time they draw blood. This is a place I never want to go to again.

Dont go to this location. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Even with appointments, they make you wait for over an hr and they just plan and simply don't care. They will blames you that your fault and that they called you when you have been standing there the whole time.They were even yelling at a Dr office saying how they always have a problem with them. They should be looking themselves before telling others.I will be filing a grievance with my insurance.

PRACTITIONER CHYRA KNOX (practicante CHRYA KNOX no es profesional, no venga a este lugar bajo NINGUNA circunstancia hasta que ya no trabaje allí o te arrepentirás) is the most unprofessional and rudest person I have come across working in the medical field within Southern California. I did not think it was possible that someone who interacts so poorly with other people could choose to work in a role concerning health and care. She takes out all of her anger, frustration, and complaints about her job and management on her unsuspecting patients regardless of how they treat her (not true of the other phlebotomists working on site).I had the displeasure of choosing this labcorp location for a drug test and SUFFERED the consequences. She likes to yell at patients taking drug tests but not with actual useful information such as the fact that drinking too much water after a short collection (water she intimidated me into drinking) could result in a dilute test until AFTER I gave the second collection which seemed like an incredibly malicious omission of information to me. This drug test was not only incredibly time sensitive for me but I am low income and had to pay 100 dollars to the testing agency I was using in order to restest (which i did at another Riverside location with more professional staff) something that could have been avoided if this practitioner had a modicum of interest in the well being of the patients she interacts with. (high stars are only to a voi d getting r emov ed).
