First let me say the staff is fantastic. Shout out to Sunshine. She always greets you with a genuine smile. The techs are professional and take great care of my boy. Dr. Munson is very knowledgable and caring. I have been coming here for over 10 yrs. Pricing is very reasonable, and appointments are as promised. This is my forever Veterinary Clinic.

Used to be 5 stars.
Dr. Munson, the vet techs and assistants in the back office are great! BUT I can't say the same about the front office staff. I've been taking my dogs here for almost 10 years, but lately, at least the past 2 years, the whole vibe of the front desk has changed. The ladies at the front desk are unfriendly and have a cold demeanor, especially the 2 front desk receptionists that were there this morning.
Unfortunately, I'll be switching to another vet even though this office is
only 3 minutes away.
I really like Dr. Munso, but she needs to get better front desk receptionists with warm, kind, and friendly demeanors.

An amazingly kind and caring staff. They have been taking care of our dog for years and have always taken the time to discuss every aspect of our pups care. The veterinarian, vet techs, and front desk workers are all wonderful people who will treat your pet with love. On our most recent visit, they had fantastic patience and caring with us while explaining our options.

So expensive.....when asked to check my dog's ears, it was a chore to reschedule my appointment. Not sure if I'm going back. Always a problem!!!

Dr.Munson is a special vet. She took her time and so much energy taking care of my rabbit. It is hard to find a doctor who cares so much. She is among the best Vets I've ever worked with. Diamond in the rough here in Riverside.

A place of inadequate medical knowledge, communication skills, & treatment methods. This is determined "the worst" veterinarian in the world. My dog is now sicker than he was before going here. Wrong medications given, wrong doses, and overpriced. No proper assessment was done my pet , no temperature checked, in multiple instances of poor care, lack of professionalism, or unethical behavior. Lack of knowledge and experience clearly is not available if you want good & positive outcome on your pet's health & wellbeing. MAJOR negative experience ! The overall competence of staff & veterinarian so unskilled & inexperienced , It's recommended to not trust nor treat your pet here PLEASE stay away!

A couple weeks ago I brought my dog here to get her shots. While I was there I told the lady up front that my dog needed her nails to be trimmed because they were too long. She said no problem. Once I got my dog back I noticed they didn’t cut her nails! When I asked why they said the vet determined it wasn’t necessary.Fast forward to this past weekend where my dog accidentally scratched my nephew. This would have never happened if they cut my dogs nails like I asked them. They changed me $200 for the visit but couldn’t even do the one small thing that I asked for. Very unprofessional.
