First let me say the staff is fantastic. Shout out to Sunshine. She always greets you with a genuine smile. The techs are professional and take great care of my boy. Dr. Munson is very Knowledgeable and caring. I have been coming here for over 10 yrs. Pricing is very reasonable, and appointments are as promised. This is my forever Veterinary Clinic.

Please don't waste your time and money going there they are so rude and uncaring I can't believe how badly I was treated..no one cared about my cat .I said to the girl at the front desk you really should thank people when they give you money I just gave you 1200 dollars .she said you should be thanking me really really. What a piece of work . I could think of other things to call her but just know what they think of you and your pet nothing .

Dr.Munson is the only veterinarian I trust, she is kind, affordable and straight up. I love my animals so much and I only want the best and she is, including her awesome staff!!!

I really really like Dr Munson. She takes her time with explaining things so I can understand and is always pleasant. What I don't like is the office is filthy! It's supposed to be a DOCTORS office, clean and sterilized. The floor, the baseboards and the walls are disgusting. I should have taken photos but I didn't. Dr Mu son gets a 5 but the cleanliness gets a zero!

Our dog was making a choking sound and we were trying to get to find a vet to see him. This vet was able to fit him in quickly. The ladies that work there are really nice. The vet tech was kind and really good with our dog. The vet was very helpful. She said our dog ate too fast and got a small piece of food caught in his throat. She offered to do an X-ray or prescribe a medication to coat his throat. We felt confident this was an event that would not happen regularly. But we really appreciated the vet offering those suggestions. She was very reasonably priced for a check on our dog. I highly recommend this practice.

Worst Vet experience, if I could give zero stars I would. (I wish I could remember the vet's name, this incident was 6/2023, she was semi new. Hopefully they fired her!) Took cat in for UTI. Vet had a chip on her shoulder because I am knowledgeable on common issues with cats as I have had many through my life. I don't think she liked my educated questions. Make a long story short her ego got in the way of my cats health. I left with NO antibiotics. When I got home my cat was in and out of the liter box 9 times in 2 hours. I called back and got Dr Munson. She basically said she couldn't help me because the Dr wrote in my chart not to give antibiotics unless the needle in the bladder sample was taken vs just expelling the bladder. When I was there I approved the bladder needle sample (even though the expelled sample has always been used in my past experience with other vets) but the vet said not possible to take needle sample because bladder isn't filled. Well it's never going to be filled because this cat is sooo scared to go in his carrier he pees being put in. (He was a Sr. rescue so I don't know the back story). I told the other vet this as well when I was in the office. Dr Munson said the other Dr left for the day and she would ask her the following morning. The other Dr gave Gabapentin only so I was able to help with any pain. The next morning I called as soon as the practice opened up and the other Dr REFUSED to allow Dr Munson to prescribe antibiotics even though Dr Munson was willing to allow an expelled sample due to my cats circumstance of never going to have a full enough bladder for the needle sample. The other Dr said NO Absolutely not. No antibiotics unless the needle bladder sample is obtained. That Dr put her power and pride above helping my cat. I went that morning to another vet and once I explained my cats symptoms (classic UTI symptoms) they gave me antibiotics. If you MUST USE this Vet Office. I would only see Dr Munson. And to top it all off the exam rooms were dirty.

A place of inadequate medical knowledge, communication skills, & treatment methods. This is determined "the worst" veterinarian in the world. My dog is now sicker than he was before going here. Wrong medications given, wrong doses, and overpriced. No proper assessment was done my pet , no temperature checked, in multiple instances of poor care, lack of professionalism, or unethical behavior. Lack of knowledge and experience clearly is not available if you want good & positive outcome on your pet's health & wellbeing. MAJOR negative experience ! The overall competence of staff & veterinarian so unskilled & inexperienced , It's recommended to not trust nor treat your pet here PLEASE stay away!

Stay away from this place, I took my cat there for a check up and a couple of dys after the visit I noticed he kept scratching his neck, I took a look and saw fleas on him, my cat is still a kitten, 4 months, he is white and actually likes to takes baths, which I do every 2 weeks, he is only indoors so no chance he could have gotten fleras anywhere else. I called thia place to ask why they donot keep their better better cleaned and are careful of flea infestation. Of course they said that they do not have fleas and don't know how thia could have happened, they said the office manager would cal me and here we are 2 weeks later and no follow up, my poor cxat is miserable, I tried a number of things to get rid of the fleas but it's hard to get rid of them. This place is filthy, I made the mistake of going there because of how close it to my house but what a MESS, I wish I had never gone there. I will go to Corona pet clinic , that place is spotless.

Love this veterinarian! We recently switched from South Corona Pet Hospital and love all the differences. Doctor is personable and understanding. Office staff has low turnaround rate so patients are able to form relationships with the staff. Feeling so blessed to have found this office for our beloved fur baby!

I highly recommend this clinic Dr Yael Munson is very very nice , knowledgeable, she check my dog thoroughly and I felt so comfortable with her. I'm so glad that my friend Angela recommended this clinic to me. I'm really looking a good clinic near where I live because I can't drive on the freeway anymore because of my vertigo. I'm so happy of their service all the staff are very friendly and accommodating ( Sunshine, Stacy and the rest of the employees , I don't know the name of the two staff they are also very nice and friendly. From now on I'll be bringing my dog and my cat in this clinic.

Absolutely amazing vet clinic!! Our guinea pig cinnamon hurt her eye and they were able to see her right away. Thank you to Jessica at the front desk for her kindness and help during this difficult time for us. And to the vet DVM Munson Chon for the amazing help and care that is showed towards our guinea pig cinnamon. Their entire staff is very helpful! As far as pricing goes compared to other places it's very affordable and they do take care credit. I called and spoke with Jessica. She explained the pricing for the exam. Afterwards the vet checked her and let me know the diagnosis. And another staff member came in (super nice, but I forgot her name) and did a break down of what the vet suggested and what the total cost would be. Then I went back to the front desk, paid and checked out with my Guinea Pigs medication, super easy and fast!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Our dog was suffering heavily, basically on her deathbed and we ordered meds for her around noon to ease her pain and we got a call back ten minutes before they close at 4:45 pm and I told the staff we could be there within 5 minutes which is 10 minutes before they close (5:00) and was told my dog can wait until tomorrow even though she was in excruciating pain (and we were going to be there before they closed). This clinic is terrible and they should be shut down. they neglect animals and do not care for them at all. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!!
