My name is Linda. I am 60 years old. I've actually been following Karla and have been considering joining her gym. I started training with Karla in February. Karla is my fourth trainer. She is the only trainer that I've made great progress with. I am down 18 inches and 15 lbs! I have gained so much knowledge on how important it is to not skip meals. Seeing my results has been so motivating to stick to it! It's so nice to fit back into my dresses. I will continue to work on maintaining my weight even after I reach my goal weight.I couldt have come this far without Karla. She really helped me to learn how my body works.I'm so grateful for her. This will definitely a way of life for me!

Save your money!! You are NOT getting a workout with her! The only time you see her is when you get measured. She has two young, college girls walking around watching you and other people work out. There is no 'personal' in this training facility. The equipment is old and starting to run down. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!

My family has been with Karla Adam's Gym for over a year & we can't say enough about this program. The lifestyle change has been very beneficial to my family's health. My wife & I have gotten amazing results (lost 105 lbs between us). Karla gives you the tools to succeed, but with anything in life, you gotta embrace the change. Don't hesitate to make this change!

After seeing a friend/colleague transform in 6 months, I started Karla Adams club in August 2019 after being sick and tired of being sick and tired of the middle aged weight that somehow found me. I can’t be more pleased with my success at this point. I’ve lost 8% body fat because of what Karla Adams has taught and instilled in me. We all have individual plans, goals & I he asked on our condition so expect to work and follow her plan for you. If you keep your old habits, and don’t put forth the effort, you will be disappointed in yourself. Plus fun knowledgeable & attentive coaching staff are there to guide you.

For years I have seen the articles about, by and even the ads for Karla Adams. I discounted it because I've not seen people be consistent at weight loss. Sure we start a diet for that special occasion and lose the weight, only to gain it back over time all over again. What brought me into Karla Adams was seeing Suzi, a friend/colleague who within 6 months, seemed to had transformed in front of my eyes. I asked her the secret and it was Karla Adams. I started Karla Adams myself in August 2019 and by December 2019, I had dropped 8% body fat. After decades of being a gym rat, counting points, eating high protein, or low carb/high fat foods, trying zones and even daily food combining, what I learned is that while I had success, it was not sustainable because I never learned what it was that had created the problem until working with Karla Adams. Being tall, my extra 50 lbs was "hidden" across my 5'11" frame. The workouts are custom to each person's condition, goals and objectives and the atmosphere is congenial and non-intimidating. Her fitness club is fun with a coach on hand to help ensure we are using the right muscle groups. Thank you Karla Adams - not because we share the same name (although I had it first...lol), but because you are teaching me the root cause of my problem. Now with over half of my extra weight gone, I now know that I too am a transformation in the making and can't wait to see the new me!

I wish I would of read the reviews on yelp before I signed up and paid over $2000. I have had some medical issues and on her contract it states if you want to cancel after the first 3 days you need a Dr's note. Which I provided and now she's saying there are NO refunds and the note isn't even good enough for a medical hold?! So I have had to pay an additional $50 a month to hold.. WTH?! I can't train unless it's one on one due to my severe vertigo. I get so dizzy I fall over. Which is another issue. If you think you will be training with her YOU ARE NOT!!! Basically you get a sheet with your daily workouts while one of her staff supervised about 6 people train in 2 different rooms?!? So they can't really see if you are even working out on correct machine or proper form. If I wanted that I would have just went to a gym and used Pinterest! Anyway I'm frustrated I do not agree with the way she runs things and now I'm trying to dispute charges and if that doesn't work I need to involve our lawyer.

I lost 27 lbs and 8% body fat. I started on a program going 2 times a week for workouts and and then figured out the nutrition that Karla put together. She reminded me that this is not a diet; this is a new lifestyle. I ate clean foods during the week. Once I lost about 10 lbs I continues to eat clean so on the weekend I could have a couple of low carb beers with my husband. As a result of this lifestyle I've gained muscle, lost weight, gone down two pant sizes. I'm feeling much better about myself. It's hard work. I really wanted to change the negative voice in my head to a positive one.

I want to shut-up that voice in my head. I was able to do so and make the changes to what I am eating and added muscle. I am very happy with the results.

If you are looking for a personal trainer Karla is not the one. I signed up to train with her. She never worked with me at the gym. She had her other, untrained staff supervise the gym floor. I have had several personal trainers in the past and this is not a model of personal training. She does not listen when you talk to her. A personal training needs to work with your lifestyle, current skill set and habits. She does not work with your past except to say you probably weren't doing it right. I went to her for a change. Anyone who works out a lot knows that things have to change to keep interested & motivating. Her app is too difficult to use. I am not a tech-tard. I asked her for a nutritional plan just to get my food back on track. She did a "when to eat" plan. Like eat every 3 hours and said to eat a crab a protein and a fat.. no portions or menu. Again for what she charges should be able to provide a meal plan. She claims to have meeting times to meet with you but really it's you working around her. Finally the gym hours are not posted or made available. You have to fit into her gym plan or to bad you don't get to workout.

Trained here for over a year. Left after management changed trainers/floor staff and had zero awareness that the floor staff was too inexperienced. The management did not care to see why I discontinued my sessions... they only wanted to sign me up for more after I left and knowing I still had thousands still unused.

Two+ years ago I was staring at 60, and although I have kept myself in reasonable shape most of my life I was that person that always want to lose 20 + pounds and never could. My life changed in a very profound way the day I stepped into Karla Adams gym and was interviewed by her. I have lived in Riverside all of my life and it was Karla's personal attention to the details of not only my workout regimen but my total well being including my nutrition that was a game changer for me. Karla, is incredibly qualified and knowledgeable on these very critical subjects. It was this level of personal care and understanding that I had never received in any other work out environment. I will always be indebted to Karla for her deeply personal concern of my over all health and well being. I would tell anyone that is reading this and looking for a place to change their life to stop looking any further to sit down and have yourself a conversation with Karla about your health, i'm sure it will change your life as it has mine. I am a living testimony of what Karla's life changing experienced can do for you. I personally want to thank Karla and to her wonderful staff for always making me feel good about myself and so welcome and comfortable in what has always been and intimidating environment for me. so........ Karla is the best personal trainer I have ever worked with! She’s super energetic, positive and motivating and is extremely knowledgeable about training around my many injuries. Plus she’s a genius with nutrition. I’ve never gotten as lean in my life until I followed her program. I finally got my six pack!
