Hopefully someone from corporate will see this: The store is so small and for certain things, you will not be finding a lot of product for. The fabric marketing was out of date, which points out that you may need to hire more staff. There is literally no one to ask if you need help other than the cashier. I honestly think that Joann needs to be relocated to the first floor instead (maybe kick Burlington out the way?). Hobbies and crafts are much more sought after and having a small store like that when it's not even a mom-and-pop store just doesn't feel right at all. If there was more store space they would be able to have more product to sell. I really don't think this current location at the Riverside Plaza is a good business decision.

Bought Bernat yarn two of them they ripped easily was disappointed because they won't exchange yarn because I opened it remember save your receipts .beware of the yarn .

The Joann in Riverside is situated on the second floor within the Riverside Plaza area. It’s a smaller space compared to the Redlands’ location and a bit disorganized. The ground is also really dirty and there’s lots of stains in the yarn area. I had a difficult time finding a specific yarn that the website said is available. However, the staff there were lovely and helped me out.

This store has become very messy, not to mention how dirty the store is. It seems that the floors haven't been mopped in months. This is (was) a nice store, I sure hope it gets better.

I typically have a very good experience at this location. Everyone is always very kind and helpful. Today at checkout Angie (assistant manager) was extremely rude to me and as unhelpful as possible. I contemplate on even returning to this location. Right off the bat she was giving me attitude without any prior dialogue. I’m not sure how she got this position as manager because she seemed to not know anything about how the app works regarding rewards and online pricing, in addition to her awful customer service. Extremely disappointed with my experience today.

I have been here for the last two days the lines are about the same 20+people and only one cashier they have to know this is a busy time and only have 1 cashier poor cashier I feel for her and the drama that comes with this time of year, how dare management does not know better

I have been here a few times and both times the employees were super nice. I got immediately helped to cut some fabric and they ALWAYS have deals at Joanna's which is a plus! Both times i have been helped the employees were super sweet and chatty with me about what I was making while still maintaining a fast pace! Such a nice environment

I always go to this one because it's close. Always clean and tidy but besides the fabric helpers it's hard to find anyone if you have a question. I have yet to see the "wow" factor demonstrated in this store.

I needed a clerk to cut fabric. I walked the length of the store twice, looking for an employee. I considered leaving the store. I then approached two cashiers and asked them to call someone to the cutting table. One cashier said she was sorry but the check out line had gotten long. The store manager arrived at the cutting table. She immediately cut lace for a pair of women who had waited less time than I . The manager then motioned me to slide my fabric down to her instead of coming to the yardstick I waited at. She ignored the fact that a numbered ticket showed I was waiting before the other two women. The manager happened to come to the front and ring up my order. She spoke sharply when she asked for a phone number and told me a coupon didn't apply. She sounded insincere when she said have a good day.

This is a store that I recommend to my mom and brother for their jewelry! It's so much better than the store in Corona!
