People say to have a doctor, lawyer and a mechanic in your family. Jim's is the closest thing I have to a mechanic in my family as they always provide that family feeling service. Quick service, reliable, and good customer service by the techs and admin staff. I never leave feeling like I was cheated like I have in the past at other shops.
