Finding someone new to do your taxes can be a bit nerve wrecking but glad I found this place. I was greeted by Derek, he helped me with all of my requirements I requested. Defiantly was patient with all my questions about my rental property since it was my first year filing with it. Will be back next year

Derek has been great! Sometimes it’s difficult getting an appointment because of how busy they are! But they always get me a maximum refund and their rates are really affordable. I prefer supporting local businesses like this one vs going to the large chains that rip you off.

I went to another office several years ago and they messed up my file so bad. I ended up coming to Inland Tax in 2014 and have been coming every year since. I always get the right credits and a good refund. The staff is helpful, and very attentive. The other reviews say they are upset when the office isn't open all year long. Most tax offices aren't

After getting ahold of Derek. He was very helpfull and made sure all my questions where answered. I have since received my state refund and now waiting on the federal. Only downside is getting a hold of someone is somewhat difficult but I usually get a call back after i leave them a message.

I have been coming to this tax office for years. I have never had an issue or a problem. As a small business owner myself I understand what it's like to not have the ability to always be open all year long. I have had Derrick and Amber do my small business taxes since 2009 and I won't be going elsewhere. They take their time to help answer my questions and don't make me feel rushed.

I did my 2017 taxes with Derek and everything worked out perfectly. However, I went back to have his tax services done for tax year 2018. That was done on April 07, 2019. I have made numerous attempts to reach Derek, voice mails, text msgs, and even tried to walk in. I have not received any response. When I walked in, their business was closed. Derek, I had arranged with your staff member for my Federal taxes be mailed to your office. The girl there, told me from that she would deduct the payment of $150.00, then print out a new check for me with the remaining balance. I was told I would receive a call from you when my check arrived. I still have not heard back. I have received a notice from the IRS regarding my state funds.....so I know you filed my taxes. I am very concerned and feel that either you or one of your staff members have stolen my funds. All of a sudden your website is down and your phone line is no longer in service. I will be calling an attorney regarding this matter since you won't respond. I will also be making a report with the BBB. Also reporting your business to the IRS. This problem can be easily resolved. You're choosing the hard and costly way. Lawsuits aren't cheap. Please do the right thing.
