Both Todd and Peter were friendly, professional, and helpful. Peter was timely on his arrival time, and explained our issues in terms we could understand. We didn't feel Peter rushed through his service call, nor did he pressure us to do anything we weren't comfortable with as we have two very old units and are trying to get a few more years out of them. I would recommend Inland Empire Comfort. I am confident that we will use their services again when needed.
Return visit needed to check if our system was holding the freon after a leak repair was just a professional as the first/leak repair visit above. IE Comfort will be our first call anytime we need HVAC service.
Final follow up visit. Previous leak fix still holding. Grateful for that, especially since they wanted to come out twice to make sure the leak was fixed and we were no longer losing freon. Peter is always friendly, professional, and allows adequate time to answer all of our questions.

My tech Peter was on time, clean, professional, and competent. While inspecting the A/C he quickly identified the problem. He also showed me where the refrigerant leak was and provided options. Nobody wants to spend money on A/C repairs, but more importantly, nobody wants to be taken advantage of. I was very happy with the service that was provided and I would recommend them. Do yourself a favor, give them a call, and let their work speak for itself.

Todd and his crew are all very professional! Peter came by to service our equipment and he was so thorough and nice. Arrived as scheduled and took his time to make sure everything was working properly. I’ve been very happy with Inland Empire Comfort for many years now. Totally recommend!

Brad was great! He was professional, kind and got the job done, all the things to look for in a business. They will always be the folks I call for my heating and cooling. Only suggestion I have is to make it so folks can pay online via Zelle, samsung or Apple pay. I do not like paying a service fee to a credit card company and I do not have a lot of cash at home. So paying was difficult.

My AC went out during one of our recent heat waves around 7:30pm. I went into a panic mode. I started calling several companies right away in hopes I can leave a message and possibly get a next day appt. I called a few companies and got answering services, which I expected.
My last call was to Inland Empire Comfort around 8pm and to my surprise, owner Todd answered.
I told him my situation and he immediately knew what the issue was over the phone. He scheduled an appt for the very next day.
After I was scheduled, I received an email notification confirming the appt, and that Peter the tech would be arriving during a certain time frame.
The next day, Peter called me to let me know he was on his way. I totally appreciated that, as I then knew when to expect him.
Peter came right on time. He was courteous and extremely respectful.
There was an issue with getting the fan off to replace motor. Todd called me to discuss the issue and what my options were. He was kind and knowledgeable and I felt I was in good hands.
Sure enough, the issue was resolved and my AC is now back to running again.
I feel that Todd and his tech Peter went above and beyond to make sure I had AC as soon as possible.
Not only that, the other companies that I called and left messages, some never got back to me and some called days later.
The fact that Todd made sure a tech was out next day, speak volumes on how he cares about his customers and his community.

Out technician Peter was very professional and completed the work we needed done in a timely manner. He diagnosed out air conditioners problem and fixed everything. The cost was what i expected it to be with no hidden fees. Cleaned up after himself and left everything as it was before he arrived.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Inland Empire Comfort. On one of the hottest days of the year, our air conditioning unit malfunctioned, leaving our home unbearably hot.
