These folks really go above and beyond! We had an emergency situation because my husband misplaced some of his medications and Indiana Pharmacy really went the extra mile to make sure he got a refill ASAP. I can't imagine what a hassle it would have been if we'd been dealing with CVS or Walgreens.

I was turned on to Indiana Pharmacy by my PCP. Been receiving my RX's by them for a while now.Never a glitch. Never a missed delivery. Staff always friendly and helpful. Really like that they give you a heads up by text on delivery day. Quick refills. Definitely a recommend!

I use to think this pharmacy was great until I was missing pills from the local delivery driver they use. I started counting my pain pills when I noticed I was being shorted 1 - 2 pills each time they were delivered each month. The most recent delivery I was shorted 20 pills. My wife contacted the owner who swore that he counted the pills and all of them were there. So we brought up the fact when the medicine is delivered it is brought in a small paper bag with 1 staple on the bag. Nothing else is preventing the medicine from being tampered with. No safety seal or secure pouch proving the delivery driver did not go through the medicine. Anyone could remove the staple and put it back in place. Anyhow the owner asked the driver if they took any pills out of the bottle and the driver said no. Of course the driver would say no, its not like they are going to admit to it. Either way I will not being using this pharmacy again. I advise anyone using the delivery service to count their pills when delivered. Even if you are missing pills, you will not get the missing pills. Your SOL. The local delivery option is convenient but the lack of securing your medicine from being tampered with is really lacking and concerning.

This is the pharmacy that Borrego switched to telling me that there would be no issues with my meds. Meds I cannot run out of. I am not able to leave a message. I was "supposed" to receive my medication days ago and my Dr was baffled as to why I had not yet received the medication. I have still not . I am not able to leave a message and have been out of this medication and suffering withdrawels. Unacceptable. Think I'll have to switch. I miss Borrego . How very sad. Just . Wow. and Thanks. a lot.
