I got my cartilage pierced and Jessy was the one who helped me, I was nervous about getting it but she had made me feel really comfortable, I also got all my other piercings done here and all the staff is wonderful if your looking for a place to get a piercing this is definitely the place to go and they always do a amazing job!

We took my 6 year old Grand daughter to get her ear's pierced on Sunday, May 21. Jessica, Isabel, and Belen assisted and were patient with her because she frightened. These 3 Ladies were AMAZING and I can't say enough about them. They were kind and not annoyed when my Grand Daughter (Riley) continued to flinch and squirm. We were excited when they got the job done and so was Riley. Thank you so very much.

Went to Icing today and was helped by Jessy who was very kind and knowledgeable and provided excellent service. She did an amazing job piercing my sisters ears, they look great and my sister is very happy with them!

it was fine until i got an earring stuck in my ear after getting it pierced because the stud was so small it decided to pop into my ear and cause me pain for a long whilei still need to get it out lol

My 8 year old daughter had her ears pierced from here. One of the main complaints I have is that the package that is offered is regarding healing time. I was told by the lady that was doing the piercing that I can purchase the "fast in three day healing package" or the "2 week healing package?" My issue is that this is bogus. You should have all your customers healing quickly and it shouldn't be added as an alternative package. I'm a registered nurse working in the emergency room I'm perfectly aware that there is no such thing as a solution giving you a fastest healing time. The fact that they use this for parents to pay more is showing a lack of care of their patients who are majorly "pediatric". The solution they gave my daughter was horrible. It seemed to make her ears more infected and inflamed. Due to this, I purchased iodine and cleansed her ears only for one day with that product, cleaning once a day with alcohol, that worked quickly. The product they gave seemed to cause her ears to become inflamed. The ears are now healed but I had to completely change her "backing" to the earrings because although I purchased "gold earrings" her ears reacted to the backing like if it was "nickel". The experience was fun for her because she begged me for ear piercing but the way this company conducts their business is unethical. They should give all customers getting ears pierced from them the same disinfecting solution and not use it as leverage to make more money. They should want all their customers to heal quickly regardless of monetary gain.
