It was awesome my tax preparer her name was Iman was very nice polite, and very knowledgeable and explained the process to me and gave me suggestions on things to do different for next year to make the whole process easier. I really liked her level of expertise and customer service was stellar. Thank you miss Iman I appericeate you alot.

Until last year I always did our taxes myself using various software products, including HR Block. Given certain changes in our life I felt working with a professional one-on-one would be useful. The experience has been most gratifying.

H&R block totally hides the amount of money they charge you. The sure tell you about your refund amount but they NEVER tell you how much they are charging you. IF you work one job all year and only have one W2....You can do your own taxes.

Javier Montoya is by far the best! I have had him for years! H&r block is good in general, but I love Javier! He is always thorough, professional, quick, polite, and in all honesty, I don't feel like just an appointment. He is very personable as well. My husband passed 2 years ago and he still asks me how me and the kids are doing at each appointment. He makes sure with my complex tax situation (due to many reasons), that I get all my deductions and everything is done by the book. I highly recommend him if you are looking for the best. Every time I go to the office, every single colleague of his are so polite and nice. The office is always clean. And no matter who you talk to in the office, you get the information you need. Javier gets 20 out of 10 in my book.Thank you Javier for always having patience. Even when I have my kiddos sitting with me. For somebody who has anxiety. It's so easy to sit in front of you and get through all my important text documents in a timely manner.

Multiple errors on my filings & very over priced!!I caught one major and one minor error. After attempting to file, the IRS found another error. H&R block didn't enter a form that I provided to them. Those errors would have cost me thousands.Call a bookkeeper or independent tax preparer, you'll pay about half what H&R block will charge.You will also have more peace of mind that your filings are done correctly.

Completely disorganized. I had an appointment and they called me less than 2 hours prior to reschedule for a half hour later. I arrived and they still said it would be another hour wait. They looked at my paperwork like it was from another planet. When they finally figured it out they said to bring in more and reschedule. Completely useless.
