Came in on a Saturday morning for a part. Had to go back home to retrieve model #. Came back with the details and I was informed parts department was closed when I saw the person that mentioned the model# was there. Horrible that out of the 5-6 employees that were there were incompetent in servicing the customer in this area. SMH. The man was rude to begin with...lacks customer service professionalism.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff, some originals from Taylor's days, with competitive pricing. Nice to go to a physical store with a nice display of products. If they didn't have it out or you want a particular item on the appliance, they will show you online immediately. They explained the price breakdown, including delivery charges. Very helpful! Have and would return.

Needed a part for a very reliable but very old Kenmore washer. Called the parts dept. I described what I needed and was told the part price, which I thought to be cheap. He said it would take 3 days to get part. Three days unfortunately put it's arrival for Sunday which meant I wouldn't see part till probably Wednesday, this is what I figured. I told him to order the part. On Saturday I got a call from the parts guy and I was figuring to be told it was back ordered, but nope, the gentleman had ordered the part next day, at Taylor's expense! I went and got part then fixed washer. These people are by FAR the best to deal with. Every business should have employees and run their business like Taylor's. UPDATE: I'm guessing Howard's took over, because the name changed. Haven't been there to order anything. I just hope the new owners are as good as the last. Which will be very hard to do. Thanks Taylor's, you were the best.

SCAM WARNING! I ordered an LG dryer online from this place for my grandmother and on the next day I get a call from manager Armando Padilla saying that the dryer I ordered is out of stock and that he would replace it with a higher priced Samsung model, but would match the price. We agreed and the delivery date was set. Then the next day he calls again, and says that the price for the Samsung did not include the hose, the electricals, and all the accessories so I’d have to pay an additional $100. Classic bait and switch. Beware these guys are douchebags.

Dennis Taub - the salesperson who has worked with us for decades - was exceptionally informative and extremely patient and responsive as I researched, deliberated, measured, remeasured, and finally purchased new a washer and dryer, fridge and microwave after three separate visits to the store and numerous texts and phone calls. The installers, who I realized had installed many of our now-dying appliances over the decades - were on-time, courteous and tidy. But what struck me most was how well and quietly they worked as a team. Howard's purchased Taylors Appliances several years ago and I was dubious about this, but based on this experience, I am a confident Howard's customer.
