The location was great... but they gave away my room, never wrote notes down when I asked them too (I was flying in early the next morning, so booked an extra day), they never refunded me for the day they gave away and for a suite.... not impressed. Should have been nicer. I stayed in the same chain in Fresno, perfect... Riverside, not so much. Front desk lady (girl) made it seem as though them giving away my room wasn't a big deal.

The Hampton Inn is a warm, cosy and homely hotel. This is mainly due to Betsy and the front desk staff who honestly made the experience so nice and warm - always so friendly and helpful, giving suggestions on things to do in the area and so forth. The hotel is well located right next to a bunch of restaurants that one can walk to, but in a very quiet and chilled area.My experience at the hotel, travelling for business, was a really good one. The room was very clean, spacious and all amenities were readily available. The hotel staff were also super helpful and accommodating. The manager was quick to resolve issues that arose and went the extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable. In terms of location, there are a few shopping centres nearby - e.g. the Galleria at Tyler that is a short Uber trip away and has a nice variety of shops and restaurants . Disneyland is about 30 mins away. The breakfast options were limited but they do have the essentials. There are also free snacks and water available for guests at the front desk. All in all I would stay here again.Rooms: Nice and big. Very clean, all amenities availableNearby activities: There are shopping centres and a mall close by. Lots of restaurants around the area. 30 mins from DisneySafety: The area is safe - no homeless people and so forth. The room doors have latches on them to lock from the inside.Walkability: There are restaurants right on the same block as the hotel, not even a road to cross to get there and a wide variety too. However , to get to shopping malls one will need to drive. The galleria at Tyler had a massive variety of things to buy and eat.Food & drinks: There are restaurants right on the same block as the hotel, not even a road to cross to get there and a wide variety too. Shopping malls about a 10 min drive away. Uber eats comes to your doorNoteworthy details: Breakfast isn’t extensive or overly gourmet.Bath tub for shower results in water overflowing mostly but staff are willing to come clean and provide extra towels.

We were in corona for our daughter volleyball tournament. Room was clean and great front desk customer service.Lot of restaurants walking distance. Breakfast starts at 6am every day so it is a plus. Everything was good just the room seems kind of small. We will definitely return.

Hamton inn and Suites Riverside represents the Hilton brand on the high end of the scale. Very clean and well maintained. The rooms are clean and fresh and the fitness center is one of the best. Moreover, the customer service was fantastic. It's the little things sometimes when on the road and the Manager Michelle went out of her way when one of our party was bummed (jokingly) because of no Swedish fish candies. The next morning however we were each presented with two large boxes of Swedish fish that she personally went out and bought for us. How very kind!! Thank you. I will stay there whenever I am in the area and highly recommend Hampton inn & Suites Riverside.

Hotel room (king bed) is so small you trip over the bed. No way could more than 1 person stay in this room. Too small. The room is nearly half the size of the same room at a different Hampton inn I stayed in on this trip, the a/c unit is way too loud and way more expensive than you might think.Rooms: Too small for a king bed. The smelled when I came in soI’m airing out. Probably the best thing about the room is the window that opens.

Very happy with our stay!! Rooms were clean, breakfast was great and the staff was amazing!! Thank you Chanelle for treating us so great from check-in to check-out. We will definitely stay there again.Noteworthy details: The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We had several requests and Chanelle always did what she could to help. It was refreshing to see an employee do their job so well.

The property and rooms were clean and well kept. The staff was very nice and always willing to help, or at least try to help. The free breakfast was fairly good. However, pre-checkin from the app did not work properly, digital key never worked during our stay, physical keys kept failing and had to be re-done 3 separate times. At one point, we arrived late in the evening and couldn't even enter the building because the key stopped working again. Even the hotel manager admitted they have constant problems with keys that stop working after they are programmed and verified to work. The fridge in the room never worked. The air conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep. The bed was hard and difficult to sleep on, waking up every morning with a sore back. WIFI was so slow it was unusable and there was barely a cell signal for Verizon or ATT. Overall, not a good stay compared to many other hotels I've stayed in.

I stay there all the time and have great service but the last time i tried to stay i had to deal with a front desk man who was lacking skills in customer service. Very rude. I will never stay there again.Rooms: Rooms are clean and comfortableNoteworthy details: Learn how to treat your customers.

Great stay over a holiday. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Beds are on the harder side. Sofa couch was better than most. Only complaints is the tv channels didn't match the guide and the breakfast selection wasn't the best. Would go back for sure.

This hotel borders Riverside and Corona and is one of the nicer hotels in the area. It's pet friendly, They serve a nice hot breakfast every morning in their dining area and the staff is very nice!

Called the hotel the morning of my reservation to see what was the earliest I could check in. I was firmly told "2:00pm". I said " awesome". I arrived at about 2:05 pm only to be told after an hour drive that 2:00 check-in is not possible. As I began to explain to the young man that I was told 2pm was ok, a young lady behind the counter interrupted to say that "Check in time is always 3pm. That person you talked to was me." I reiterated what I was told. She firmly disagreed with a little bit of an attitude attached. I nototiced she had an accent so I explained to her that the person I talked to didn't have an accent. She said that maybe they transferred me to their "corporate number". I showed her the number on my phone and she agreed that it was the hotel's direct number, but still insisted I wasn't told about a 2pm check-in time. About that time the young man said he found a room. He said that "we don't usually do this." So I checked in, went upstairs to the room...keys didn't work. Had to go back down to get an "emergency key". My overnite stay was ok after finally getting in the room. The young lady was Black, with it seemed like an African accent. Her demeanor when dealing with the public needs to be more nicer and cordial. She never once smiled.
