I have had an Apportunity to repaint my RAV4 Toyota through customer care program provided by Toyota Corp. KAIZEN Body Shop in Riverside CA, on Indiana Ave. takes over the repainting. They stripped off the whole car and replaced all trimming, molding, insulation with new one. They have done the perfect jobs. My car’s doors, I can feel so sturdy and perfect fitting like a brand new car. I don’t hear much outside noises around me while driving on the freeway. The balances and suspension system feel perfect. Again, it was like a new car. You will be satisfied with their performances. I wholeheartedly recommend KAIZEN Body Shop on Indiana Avenue in Riverside CA to you. Thank you.

I had damage to the entire rear portion of my 4runner. Not only was the staff very friendly and knowledgeable, they did an outstanding job on the repair of my car. As a single woman, I have always felt uncomfortable when having to deal with auto repair or auto body repair issues. I did not experience that with Kaizen Auto Repair.

Dishonest company. They told me and the insurance that repairs would be only 10k. After completing the work and getting the 10k they found "other new issues" which cost another 5k then another then another until the repairs came in to a grand total of 24k which is about the value of the car to begin with they lied about what was needed so they could squeeze every penny they could out of the insurance instead of letting them total my car. Now 3 months later there are still numerous issues with the vehicle including major issues that were not fixed. I asked her to take a look and they said it's not their responsibility to fix the parts the dealer said we're not correctly installed. Terrible customer service. Dishonest company.

I couldnt be happier with the outstanding customer service and quality of work. From the very beginning Alan was reassuring ,always available and provided a quality repair. My 2022 GMC had a damaged rear quarter panel. Kaizen quality of work was so outstanding you could never tell anything happen. I am totally satisfied and relived I went to Kaizen and had Alan handle everything .I highly recommend them.

Very professional! I was so scared to wash my car with the headlight busted in case the water pressure broke anything else, so it was looking ROUGH! When my car was repaired, they went out of their way to wash my poor car, and it's beautiful <3 thank you to everyone who supported us throughout the process and to those who repaired my headlight! Definitely recommend!
