Anthony is amazing with customer service. Communication and they actually came and did estimate at my house. They had reasonable rates. They completed repainting my hood on time and I even added more requests to the job. I am going to continue to take my range rover to kaizen.

Front office staff, manager( Carly) and repair manager JR were extremely professional, friendly and informative. They respond in timely manner. We are customers if ever had the need again for a repair shop. I recommend them fully.

Anthony Brasco was the best! He made my experience so easy and convenient! I work really long crazy hours and he went above and beyond and went out of his way in 110 degree weather to make sure my vehicle was delivered to me at my job. I had one small concern and he got it done asap without any hesitation! I have little dings here and there and I will definitely come back and bring any future vehicle to Kaizen collision and recommend him to anyone that needs body work done. Thank you Kaizen for making my car look brand new again, your customer service team is amazing! Those young ladies in that office are amazing and work really hard and that’s what I call team work! I work a job that I don’t get told thank you enough, so I want to really say thank you to every single one of you. From the ladies who answer the phone when we’re frustrated and yall aren’t the ones who hit our cars, to the gentlemen who get the estimates, and the team who does the hard work labor in this heat! I’ve came to to this location a few times and I can say this is the best experience I’ve received from this location! Amazing job!

Dishonest company. They told me and the insurance that repairs would be only 10k. After completing the work and getting the 10k they found "other new issues" which cost another 5k then another then another until the repairs came in to a grand total of 24k which is about the value of the car to begin with they lied about what was needed so they could squeeze every penny they could out of the insurance instead of letting them total my car. Now 3 months later there are still numerous issues with the vehicle including major issues that were not fixed. I asked her to take a look and they said it's not their responsibility to fix the parts the dealer said we're not correctly installed. Terrible customer service. Dishonest company.

It took long to get my rim but once it was in it was repair in amd out with on 8hrs not bad.

Very friendly staff, give constant updates, they answer any questions you may have. This was my first time having to do anything like this after my accident and they helped walk me through the process and they were relatively quick with getting my car back and they even cleaned it for me. I would highly recommend!
