I took my 4 year old with autism and the lady cutting my sons hair had no patience. She kept scolding and throwing shade at me because my wife was holding our kid during the haircut. Maybe she should think logically and think that maybe there’s a reason she’s holding him and not me. He’s calmer with her and I talk to him to try and soothe him during the haircut. I’m not going to force his head one way and hurt him either. Worst experience ever and what nerve for her to tell us how we should handle things as parents.

The woman that cut my fiancé s hair did a horrible job. So bad that the manager gave him this cut for free. It was so ridiculous. She took his 0 cut to the crown of his head-the top of the crown and his sides so uneven that is looks like a fat Mohawk! She needs retraining and should not be allowed to cut anyone’s hair ever again.

Great service , great prices , great haircuts. Always sing in online . I like the fact they keep your haircut on file. I take my boys & they already know their style but still ask If you want the same haircut . Yhey made my timid boys feel comfortable , so happy I found them ...They don't gossip while they cut your hair with the other workers like other hair salons do .So far so good . Thanks for keeping the place clean , friendly and respectful .

Got turned away at 730;they were open till 8 all I needed was a trim my car isn't driveable so rode Segway which had a low battery and I had to use my energy to get home barely made it thought I was gonna heat stroke out i was very upset n disappointed won't be going there ever again that's just bad business shame on great clips too bad they don't care about customers image or the sores image boooio

Great people, sometimes the wait is crazy long. You have to use the app so you don't waste your day waiting in store for a haircut. Beware that the time on the App does not stay consistent, it will countdown then jump back up making your wait even longer. But, the cut is worth it and their prices are competitive.

The girls there are always super nice. Dani deserves extra recognition since she still took the time to cut my hair, even if it was 10 minutes before they closed. Overall, I've only had positive experiences here.

My expectations were absolutely not met, and I regret not leaving instantly, the moment I felt that the "stylist" didn't care much about understanding what I wanted. I waited almost an entire year to have the length for this hair style, and she ruined in a few minutes. Having a tumor on my neck, obviously I try to make it less visible with the hair, and specifically told her that, and she doesn't even consider that, when the hair is dry, it looks shorter than when it's wet ?! She asked if my tumor hurts, and I said yes, it is very sensitive to the touch, and she touched it a couple of times and never uttered an apology.And to add insult to injury, in the end, she said "See you next time!" While withholding the coupon for a next cut. And it was no mistake, I handed her the exact amount in cash and she waited too long to press a button to finish the transaction and give me a receipt, most likely to see if she gets a tip. Rude, careless and insolent, what a combo to make good tips!I got my hair cut too short before, and I still tipped the stylist because she really regretted not giving me what I expected, but this time, I am glad I didn't ( and I think it's a first for me). Not only that she didn't care much about having a satisfied client, or at least apologize for not giving me what I wanted, but she decided to retaliate by withholding a coupon. How ridiculous to assume that I would have any use for it !!!!

No matter where you go the haircutter is always friendly. Always asks your opinion and take it to the next level.
