Today I visited Geneva Jewelry in the Canyon Crest Center in Riverside. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable young man Michelangelo. I brought in 4,watches that needed batteries and bracelet links . I also purchased a beautiful diamond cross for my granddaughter and with his help got a beautiful chain to match the lovely cross. During the time I was getting the beautiful cross my watches were repairs and batteries placed . This shop deserves 5 ⭐️. I received the best possible personal service I have ever received in a jewelry store. The expertise and information was very interesting and informative regarding the jewelry I purchased. I would highly recommend Geneva Jewelry for all your needs they also make custom jewelry. This is a family owned business and deserves a look when purchasing any new jewelry or repairs needed. I willl definitely be a customer for all my jewelry needs!!!!! Linda

Visiting Geneva Jewelry is like visiting old friends. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The customer service is next level - they do what they promise, follow up with you as needed, and make sure that everything is exactly the way you want it. But don’t go to them for their customer service, go to them for the craftsmanship and knowledge. Their work is truly AMAZING. I had them make some customizations to a ring and couldn’t be happier. They had great suggestions, listened to what I had to say and delivered! I can’t imagine going anywhere else and honestly never plan to. I’ll be a customer for life!

I recently received a watch as a gift and I went into Geneva Jewelry to have the watch sized. I assumed I needed to remove one of the links. The young gentleman at eh counter had me put the watch on so he could see how it fit. After removing the watch the young man adjusted the clasp and had me put the watch on to check the fit and it fit perfect. After I expressed how pleased I was I reached for my wallet and the young man refused to take anything from me, stating that it was a simple fix and it was his pleasure to help me! I cant tell you how surprised I was, there aren't too many people in this world that help strangers without expecting anything in return. I assure you I will definitely return to this store. They have a customer for life!

Geneva Jewelers exceeded my expectations. My purchase was a custom made men's ring, using gold and diamonds from my deceased mother's wedding ring, which included gold from my deceased grandmother's teeth, and gold from my wedding ring from my previous marriage. I provided them the concept of what I desired for the ring, and they crafted a ring beyond what I expected. Family owner's Michelangelo and Alfredo were professional, and very attentive in working with me in every step of the design process to ensure the final product would meet my expectations. And the ring they designed and crafted exceeded my expectations, and is truly a family heirloom. I highly recommend Geneva Jewelers to anyone who is interested in having custom made jewelry.

The gentleman there was able to fix my glasses that I love that the optometrist wasn’t even able to fix! Highly recommend for any glasses fixes in addition to jewelry!

Alfredo, Juanita, and Michaelangelo run an incredible business, are talented jewelers, and are very pleasant people to work with. They have become more than a business that provides excellent Jewelry, they have become friends.

They made me an excellent custom engagement ring with a high quality 1ct emerald cut diamond and a custom 14k gold setting, and they are making me and my fiancé’s custom 14k gold wedding bands.
