These guys are bad because even if you know what your vehicle needs fixed ,bring them the parts ,there's no communication between them at all ..they just take in cars and try to fix one thing and give it right back to you. I personally don't want to come multiple times..It's all part of their strategy to charge you more.Basically, they are ripping you off dont come here if you dont want to be ripped off.iWent to to another mechanic in the area I told him about how the last shop couldn't get it all done on one visit he personally told me you didn't come from Fred's did you and I was like how did you know he said most of his customers come this place to him because of bad experience just like me .if you want to save time and money do yourself a favor don't come here .Not even joking.

Shoutout to Fred’s Complete Auto Repair! They took care of my transmission in 4 days! Had it shipped and installed promptly . And I’ve had absolutely no issues. I recommend Fred to anyone in the area who needs a reliable, friendly , mechanic you can trust who does solid work. Hard to come by these days. Thanks Fred!

I'm boycotting this place and would recommend the same ..they changed my alternator and when I went to pick it it up my radio and lights from the inside didn't work anymore at all ....told them to connect it back and refused said they couldn't do anything ,when it was working fine when I brought it to them ..on another occasion they charged me $80 for a simple oil and oil filter change and I brought them the full 5 liters of oil and oil filter bought it myself.Not only have I had bad experience but the rest of my family had bad experiences with their cars as well said they're never gonna come here again...these guys don't really know what they're doing but do know how to charge you for it.Would not recommend at all.

I took in my Ford to get checked, the guy with vitiligo installed 2 parts to my car that I didn't authorize & he didn't inform me of the price that it'd cost when he finished checking my Ford, so when he gave me the bill With the unathorized parts and the price for Checking my Ford that I didn't know about it came up to about $200, I declined because 1) I didn't authorize nor ask to get new parts installed & 2) it's the mechanic's job to inform the consumer of the price of checking the car before it gets checked & so he got mad and messed up my AC childish man
