Me and my husband wanted to talk to someone and file a claim. We didn't notice the time was still 8:58 and they open at 9 the man who informed us was so rude he kicked us out and told us we had to wait five minutes till they opened. It was two minutes and we would have waited if he wasn't so rude. Literally did not even have good costumer service he was an a-hole. I told him he did not have to be like that and he told us he didn't care.

Would give ZERO stars if I could!!! My mom was hit by a driver with this bogus insurance and the staff there is an absolute JOKE!!! They are RUDE and TACKY, and don't do their job. They literally told my mom they didn't know when they would get around to her case!! Don't spend your hard earned money here. Absolutely ridiculous and zero customer service!!! Any positive reviews are obviously paid off friends or family!!!

they literally wasted hours of my day. i was put on hold the first time for 20 minutes. had to call back just to get a quote, only to get hung up on. no one bothered to even try to call me back. i called again once i sent all my info in to get placed on hold for another 45 minutes. just to be told they don’t insure my year. as if they didn’t know the year make and model of my car when i called in at 10am.

I had an appointment at 3:30 pm to have pictures taken of my car because someone who has FredLoya insurance rear ended me. I show up more than 5 minutes early to the appointment, and waited. Finally they tell me I can go to the FredLoya where Cardenas is because they were going to take a long time. I told them I had the appointment at their location and got out of work early to be there on time. I was given an appointment at their location and they should grant it. Her only stupid remark was I understand, plus you need to complete paperwork. I left that place and went to the other location. They took th pictures and no paperwork had to be completed. So not only could they not take my appointment, she lied as well.

Came in at 540pm and they had their doors locked. All the signs clearly say they're open til 6pm. Horrible customer service ! I know they were in there they just didn't want to help us. Glad I am canceling them
