Terrible service, I had an accident where I was not at fault, another person hit me, I called to report the damage, and they left me on hold for 2 hours, then when someone finally answered they told me we are very busy I will call you back, they never called back , I kept calling every day, so after a week they told me to stop calling that I was already on the waiting list and that when they had time they would call me, they never did, I kept calling until someone finally took my call and recorded the case of the crash after taking the photos of the accident, the people who took the photos were very rude, in the end they told me that the damage was 800 dollars, but that I had to pay my deductible of 1000 dollars, I asked them why if the damage It has to be paid by the agency of the other person who shocked me and said you are going to pay or I will close the case, I said that I had no intention of paying 1000 dollars for a damage of 800, and he hung up the call, now I am speaking directly with the other insurance.

Horrible service. They are misleading they say one thing over the phone and something different in person. Waste of time! $2500 deductibleThe workers seem like they are in a hurry to go home! Horrible service!! Wouldn’t recommend this place or insurance!!

RUN from the whole company I had fred loya insurance and got into a accident and I have fun coverage and it wasn't my fault and fred loya was no help I had to literly get all the information for my adjuster they just told me it takes a while but I was able to get everything before them and provided them with all the information that's if your in a accident there no help now let talk about the rude sale staff I have dealt with a staff member in every office from the inland empire as well as high dessert and coachella Valley and I have nothing nice to say there rude and standoffish I have been hung up on called a liar and much more .....Run from this insurance ya their cheap but you truly get what you pay for.

This office sucks very unprofessional no-one greets you they double charge you and when you ask them to fix it they state that there is nothing they can do for you they pretty much give you the run around I don't recommend anyone to buy ins here

Don't go here. Went in to get our car insurance. I told the guy that i still needed sr 22 for my vehicle. He said I didn't. So he went on with the paperwork. Come the next week, and I get a letter from the DMV, saying my license is suspended because i don't have proof of adequate insurance (meaning the sr 22). Because of that they suspended my licence. So thanks to this genius, my insurance went up, for having another point added to my record. Avoid the headache. Go elsewhere.

This is by far the worst insurance I've had to deal with. I was in a accident December 8 almost 2months now. Their client took responsibility and claimed he was at fault as well as the police statement and other witnesses. But, Fred Loya doesn't want to pay for my car since it was a total lost and claim I was at fault. None of this is fixed and they even had an appraiser look at my car and they had even taken my car.This insurance really suck's. Horrible worst experience ever and I still have to deal with them until I get my money for my car.
