Hi was accused of stealing after I just paid for my groceries. I asked the clerk to put my stuff down while I use the restroom and when I came out, I was harassed by the security and the manager. And when I showed proof of purchase, I asked for an apology and they literally turned their backs on me . They are rude, disrespectful, and racist, and I won’t spend my money there again

0 stars rude employee at the self checkout, beside that the sign said $3.99 for soda yet no sign said to buy five talk to
Manager and all and nothing yet she refused to service us after 2 different customers that were after us. Don’t recommend do not come here.

Associate with a squeeky told me I couldn’t use MY NUMBER for discount or I could get fired ??? Not even sure if he was a lead … took his job FARRRR to seriously I was set to save $0.20 it’s literally only 20% off Kroger items ?

Erika who was working the Cash Register had the worst attitude I've ever seen over me questioning her for asking for an ID when using my EBT card manually. My card doesn't swipe anymore, and I have been using it at this location weekly with no issues. This is the second time I've ever been asked for an ID in my life when using EBT. When I asked her why I had to show ID she immediately got offensive and called her manager and told me she won't let me make my purchase. then she called security and lied to them making me look like a criminal. She was completely out of character and shouldn't be working a cash register. I'm calling corporate and leaving a complaint. I come here to shop for my groceries and animal food for many years. She has no respect for customers and is bitter. You lost a long-time customer due to your disrespectful employee.
