The extra care was evident today... and early call to confirm my order placed on their site overnight was received; a call from Andrea checking that I had the right address (Oops! I transposed a number...) and a call confirming delivery to the right house, though no answer. This allowed me to call a relative in the next town who confirmed my elderly aunt was just out back.
Would an internet only shop have that level of personal attention? I'm so glad I ordered from Willow Branch Florist and so is my aunt! (She just called and said these are "the most gorgeous blooms in this arrangement." Total win!)”

I called to have some flowers delivered (im currently out of the country) that was a last minute order. She was so patient, friendly, very helpful and she even delivered them herself to ensure they got there as quick as possible before closing hours. I unfortunately don't have pictures to add since this was an over the phone order but am so grateful that she was able to get these out so quickly. Thank you so much! “This business deserves the best review ever! I called this business 5 minutes before closing time and asked if they could custom make a large arrangement and deliver it the same day as well. Anna was very helpful and agreed to deliver the flowers herself on the way home. She put together the most beautiful arrangement, sent me a picture of it to make sure I was happy with it and delivered it on time as promised. Anna, thank you for going out of your way and working the extra 2 hours to accommodate my unreasonable request. Your professionalism and outstanding customer service is truly remarkable.
