This place is the worse! The ladies not busy but too busy for you so I tried a floor model shoe on myself got tired of waiting I then said I will take it . It fits she says then u get the floor model let me get you the mate ..wth NIKE shoes over 100 and you give me the floor model then I go home home excited to wear for work and its the wrong size mate . They aren't even Macy's they are Finish line rude unprofessional

Employees are extremely rude . Place doesn’t custom service at all . All employees says I think or idk when it comes to a question.

This store used to be classy. Now it's completely wrecked. The people that work here are all trashy looking like they just rolled out of bed. The clothing racks are all mixed up so you can't even find your size. It's looking like Ross in here. The only thing that hasn't changed is the overpricing. They need to spend some of that money they are overcharging and invest it into fixing this place up. This store is just garbage.

Shopping experience at Macy's use to be great, clean, everything displayed nicely on hangers. You're buying new clothes, sometime a whole new wardrobe and want the clothes to represent you. the years of this good experience at Macy's has gone. Now when you go into a Macy's you feel like you're at a garage sale, rack after rack the clothes are on the floor, thrown on top of the racks in piles and no personal to even voice your concern. think about it, what you buy may have spent hours or days on the floor being stepped on and the price tag is still $100+ per item. This isn't what represents me, it's actually sad that you can get a better experience at a small store in the mall or Target or Kohls. No more Macy's for me or my family, see ya!

My son agreed to wear a proper suit to his cousins wedding. He chose the perfect blue pants and jacket. They fit like a glove. We paid, went home, and kept them hanging in the closet for two weeks. On the day of the wedding, we unzip the bag to find a sensor on the trousers. We're in a hotel room with no scissors and no recourse. By the grace of God, lots of tugging, a wire hanger, and a towel were able to remove it. We were relieved, put on the jacket and as we were waking out the door, see another sensor... this time on the jacket. My poor son. We were already late because of the first sensor. He braved the wedding with a sensor on his jacket, put up with giggles and discomfort. I can't get mad though. It was a brand new employee with her manager beside her. I respectfully trusted that the manager had it under control. I guess not.

Macy's at Crabtree Valley Mall is one of my favorite stores. The employees are always polite, knowledgeable & patient. Awesome selection & just good vibes all the way around!! Love this place!!

Macys at Rancho Cucamonga Ay victoria garden Every price of jewelry I purchased from those girls worked at this department comes with a bad luck Very unprofessional grumpy staffs Not willing to help they peeks you waiting forever. And after all the wait need to leave at five when it's 4:55. Or will walk away without helping

They make you sign in and I did. We waited 20 minutes because they are short staffed snd it's ok but, they finally call us and ask if we are purchasing and I said yes snd they took the rentals before us snd they had just walked in. I asked why and she said they were more important then we were. My husband buy 3 to 4 pairs if shoes every 6 months not to mention suits. But after today I don't think he will.

Just your average Macy's. Tons of good inventory, affordable prices, clean, great location, and the staff were friendly and professional. Also adding it is located in a good mall.

Wow, I really don't like shopping. Coming here reminds me why. I was trying to find a few different items early Sunday when they first opened. What a disaster. This store is such a mess. Plenty of employees standing around chatting so it's not lack of people who are working . I couldn't believe how messy and disorganized this store was. Not even at Christmas time have I seen such a mess. The people there were not helpful, but when I went to the register they were nice enough. I went to get about 10 different items only ended up walking out with 2. What a waste of my time. I rather drive further to a clean organized Macy's then deal with that clutter. It's almost as if you were shopping in someone's messy room. Such a bad experience.

This Macy was very nice at one time now I can see the decline in quality clothing especially for men who ever is the buyer for this dept needs replace the clothes are horrible it like shopping at tj max Ross or Burlington's coat factory with double the price tag please get someone who can keep up the the current styles and stop buying cheap clothes that are overpriced.

I had the nicest experience in the cosmetics department in the Tyler mall location! Rudy was so kind, helpful and attentive! I had no idea what I was doing looking for concealer and he came to the rescue! i will definitely be back. It's people like Rudy that make shopping for makeup a sweet encouraging experience and not just a mundane everyday chore. Thank you! -Bri

Nadine and Regina went above an beyond to help me find a gift for my moms birthday they definitely deserve a raise!! I was so indecisive and had to many options to pick from but they found me the best and good deal quick and with a great attitude! We for sure need more people with their attitude!!

What a disappointment. I went to get some dress shoes today and found messes everywhere. First of all, there are no employees to help you, only cashiers, and good luck in the men's department. It was a wreck. It used to be a nice place to shop. No thanks next time I'll just pop on to Amazon and give them my business because Macy's doesn't wanna have employees or anybody there to help you.
