Josh is amazing, went in 10 minutes before they were closing on a Sunday and he was so kind to help me print over 25 documents 11×17. What a good dude, FedEx please make sure you keep him.

The staff at this FedEx store are very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Their advice got me out of a tight jam this holiday season which I am incredibly grateful for. I wish I would have gotten their names for recognition. If those 2 employees read this post, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I was the customer trying to printing.

I needed to return two very large orders of area rugs I recently purchased back to the online vendors via FedEx. I'd say each order had about 8 rugs of various sizes, with the largest sizes being 6 by 9 feet, including the rug pads. Ikr! Talk about a task!! Thankfully, I didn't open each rug so I only had to repackage a few. I want to publicly thank Joshfor the excellent customer service he provided me. Getting the rugs into my car by myself was a feat in and of itself. And I had to do that twice. I'm aware that FedEx offers pick-up service, but after printing all the return labels, I was having extreme difficulty identifying which label belonged on which item. The labels could have a little picture to help identify which rug needs to go on. Just lots of very little numbers that make no sense whatsoever!! Into the FedEx store I go. Luckily for me, Josh, FedEx associate,asked, "how can I help you today. " Long story long, he help me bring in the rugs, and quickly and efficiently helped me get my numerous labels attached and ready for shipping!! Yes, he's there to assist, I however, would like you to really understand that his assistance help relieve a tremendous amount of stress for me! I am so grateful to Josh! The ending of my review is that I thanked him and left, only to return a short while later with the 2nd order of rugs, to which I was lucky enough to again have Josh from the FedEx store, located at the east Riverside location off of Canyon Springs Parkway and Day Street, who helped me complete my return order!!! I left FedEx feeling extremely relieved to finally get the rugs on their way and off my really long to-do list!! Thank you again Josh! Your kindness and customer service and professionalism absolutely Made My Day!!

Amazing place for anything u need with copies printing and delivery I never printed anything in my life but Natasha walked me through it and made it super easy she is truly a blessing from God .I highly recommend this place

I was frustrated because I did not order enough invitations, so I took one of the originals to see if they could duplicate it on cardstock. I was a bit apprehensive for I thought I might have to do it myself. To my surprise and relief, the gentlemen explained they could print them and cut them to size. I did not have to worry about one thing! What might have taken me a couple of hours at home, took them 5 minutes! In addition, the store was stocked with the invitation sized envelopes. And, I was able to purchase Birthday Cards while I was there. Ted and Josh were professional, friendly, and did an excellent job on the invitations and on customer service! Thank you so much for such great service!

Horrible customer service. Very rude. FedEx should educate the staff. Worse customer service I ever witnessed
