An amazing location to ship your packages. Emma, who was the nice lady helping me out, walked me through mailing my international documents (Yes they do International service here) with the greatest of ease. If I ever need to ship more in the future, I know where to go! :)

Maria was not pleasant to deal with today, from start to finish the interaction with her was poor from a customer service point. Very condescending with her responses, did not smile and did not say hi or by when I interacted with both! If it wasn’t for the buyer choosing the cheapest location (FedEx) over USPS or UPS I would have walked out. Moving forward if money is coming out of my own pocket it won’t be going to any FedEx locations because of this one employee. I will gladly spend $11 more dollars to ship at the UPS next door. Don’t waste your hard earned money here, the manager values his customers and he greets you as you walk in but when you get to that counter you can tell it’s not transparent in there.

I had a bit of an emergency! And everyone was so wonderful and helpful! Expert and kind service. Christina was the young lady that helped me, and she was so patient and helpful. We need more people like her and the rest of the FedEx staff in the service industry.

My husband and I were running errands tonight and visited another brand shipping store. They were were not pleasant. I was expecting a similar atmosphere when visiting FedEx just because they have to work with people and encounter different issues daily. However, that was not the case. I could see from the car the representative was smiling while working with another customer. When entering the building he greeted us with a friendly tone and helped us. He was pleasant the entire time even when I was fumbling to get the QR code. He not only was friendly but seemed to be enjoying his job. After talking to him a little further I learned he was the new store manager at that location. This left a great impression with me and if I have choice of what mail carrier service to use in the future I will definitely come back to this location and ship through FedEx because of what a positive attitude Tony had interacting with us. (He was also very quick which was great since we had more errands to run.)

Giving a one star review since Maria was just really rude. Really bad customer service overall. Idk if she was in a bad mood or what.I felt uncomfortable just being there because I could feel that she didn't want to help me. So I felt rushed and if I was bothering her. I only went in to ship something. Less than 5 min. With that being said, I hope you hire people who will be friendlier and know how to be around customers. Not coming back here. UPS store is in this same shopping center.

After New Year when everyone is super tired, Tuesday mid morning, Maria at the Riverside Magnolia location was absolutely amazing! She greeted me with a smile, she represented the brand and offered other services. Maria you rock!

I went in for 75 prints of a memorial card and a 20 x 24 foam print of a photo for my mother's funeral. I had researched prices online and expected around $200. They tried to charge me $388. I took my business to vision copy and print on university. The owner is exceptionally nice, professional and did everything I needed for less than 1/3rd of the price of this place. everything turned out amazing. DON'T GO HERE!!! GO TO VISION COPY AND PRINT!!!
