I came here last week Friday trying to send out a rushed passport renewal packet for an upcoming overseas trip. The owner Dana was working the front. He had a super cute pupper who greeted me. Dana was very helpful, professional, and kind in making sure I got my materials out ASAP. The shop is small, but the service is huge and exceptional. Thank you Dana for taking the time to help me get my passport renewal materials out. It was most appreciated, and I appreciate you. Thanks for all you do! :)

I'm so glad I gave this place a try! I used to get a great discount at FedEx Kinkos, but I've found that this place can do it quicker and better for me :) Every employee I've interacted with is so helpful and shows true care. I will for sure be back for all my printing needs ! Thanks for making our community a better place.

I've come here a few times for printing and scanning jobs and I've had a wonderful experience.... I've been here sometimes for a little while since I filed out paperwork. Dana helped me and has helped me before. I remember him since he's been polite, professional and patient. The costs for these jobs are reasonable and reliable. So I tried to call FedEx today because a shipment sent for Mother Day from my son was dropped off (literally Dropped at front door) by the delivery person. With no notice that he left anything just dropped the box not set it down to the ground. The box was big and the appliance inside was rattling around. I checked my ring camera's to see a large unmarked truck parked across the street and the deliveryman carrying the box as he walked through my front lawn instead of using my sidewalk. He was mumbling like he was talking to me but the door was closed so not sure why he was talking. The box was on its side not set down straight up and I was annoyed that he didn't even let me know it was there. No doorbell no knock no shout out no nothing. I had a packaged delivered the day before by UPS and the driver rang the doorbell and announced that he was delivering a package. I opened the door and he than stepped back to leave. Is there no professionalism with FedEx. Do they not get taught good customer service. Even with Covid there is still no excuse to mishandle packages being left at a residents and to just run over lawns with sprinklers that even the school students in our neighborhood know better than to do this. There's a sidewalk use it !!!!! Worst off to than call the customer service and phone is answered by automated voice like most business and there is no way to by pass to talk to a real person. When you try to complain online it is a virtual link that does not read what you write as well and goes no where. Perhaps FedEx doesn't care so they just do a shitty job and eventually people will be fed up and not use them any longer. Not Happy!!!!!

Richard is a professional with a kind, personal knack. I walked in to print documents for a doctoral application that needed to fly across the country and arrive tomorrow afternoon. He sensed the importance and worked with me to make everything perfect. He showed me paper samples for my resume and writing sample. He let me verify the very specific recipient address. He gave me all of the shipping options to pick the correct one. I didn't just feel like a customer. I felt like he actually cared about this interaction. Thank you, Richard.

The worker there has one of the worst attitude I've ever encountered. I didn't know the difference between the shipping options and he gave me attitude. If you don't want to explain then don't work in customer service
