You cannot get your money back for anything, cannot try on anything and only 1 time exchange which sucks because if the clothes still don’t fit well you will lose your money I don’t recommend this place go somewhere you can try on and not lose your money ?

It's ridiculous that you cannot try any of the clothes on due to the fitting rooms being closed. There are no refunds/ returns only store credit so I can see why they have the fitting rooms closed. Very shady

Can’t try anything on because of covid, yet there’s No returns, and if the Asian lady is the manager she is rude and did not help very unpleasant will not return and the clothes were cheaply made for the price if you ask me…

First time going into the store today and I'm extremely impressed, beautiful clothing, a lot of cute plus size clothing and everything is fairly priced. Even though we weren't able to try clothes on in store there was a return policy of 14 days for store credit. Everything I got fit perfect because it was true to size and has a nice stretch. I will definitely be back!

Very discriminatory. They are not understanding with Covid, you can't try on anything, nor can return. The manager is a very nasty lady, she did not try to help the situation.

Before I even got a hello or welcome I was basically scolded for not having my mask reaching my nose (which I was just about to adjust). The lady got up all in my business and took my temperature without asking which is extremely rude. If I’m complying with the mask rule, is taking your temperature for a clothing boutique necessary? I understand maybe a doctors office or kiddos day care but a fashion boutique? Un-necessary and stupid in my opinion. I did not feel welcomed and got a super bad mood vibe from the young girls working. Left the store shortly after.

I went into the store this evening and have never left a store with it leaving such a bad taste in my mouth. The store had a nice selection of clothing however the customer service was horrible. My sister was trying something on in the dressing room and asked me to go over there to get a second opinion on her find. My girlfriend purchased something from this store and asked the manager before she purchased it if she could get a refund if she changed her mind. The manager said she would. 30 minutes later we came back to do a return, and the manager refused and said store credit only. She lied to our faces and offered nothing to make up for it. Don’t waste your money here.

The store is closing and the clothes are a tad over priced for the quality...no refund's...and exchanges must be made within a limited time ..too many "no's" for me.
