Awesome store, besides jerseys, they have a lot of cool trinkets and team water bottles if you have kids that need water bottles for school ! GREAT customer service ?

It was alright. Not much of a hockey selection... literally just Kings and Ducks merch and super limited at that, but was able to find one jersey in my size and it was very comparable to online prices (no mall price hikes) . Meanwhile there was an entire wall dedicated to basketball teams from all over. Wish they would offer more hockey items. It sucks having to order everything online. Also, its not called Fanzz anymore its something else combined with Lids now.

This store is a straight rip off. I went in to ask the prices because I was I obviously thought there had to be some kind of mistake. They didn’t have truly valid response. They just told me that there was no mistake and that it was because of inflation. Like what because of inflation you have to charge about 20 dollars extra. Then the girl that help me was super rude, and she was explaining to me like if I was d*** or something. Don’t recommend coming here. Very rude, ignorant and not helpful at all. If you go here you go check the prices.

Needed a Jersey for a game, arrived at 7:30PM Gate was rolled down half way and I was turned away.

I bought a Flag that supposedly says LA rams but when I opened it , it said ST Louis rams . When I go try and return it they didn’t let me because I didn’t have my receipt but I paid with debit card and it’s possible to check transactions with my card and according to the workers they couldn’t do that . Make sure you check your merchandise because they can scam you. Don’t even bother coming here . I didn’t even want my money back I just wanted to get the correct flag but that’s to much to ask for in this store .

I really like this store they always have what I'm looking for. The NFL shop was sold out of the sweatshirt I was looking for and Fanzz store had it in stock and on sale.

They said the store will open at 11 and it’s not open came the other day they said they closed at 7 it was 6:30 and they where closed. Get your store hours correct

I usually never post reviews but I just wanted to give a shoutout to Edna at the Tyler mall location for her great customer service! Good help is hard to find and she spent about 20 mins helping me hunt down a Clippers jersey! Thanks again ?

Very good. The sales person, I believe her name was Emma, tried to help me find an item that ended up being no longer available in my size The place was busy and even tho she was the only person on the store at this time did her best to meet all my needs.

A lot of apparel to chose from but sadly POS customer service. Management and staff violate company policies. Report them to the Better Business Burearu, I did. I pay cash money for my items I don’t get them free. Embarrassing representation/staff for business.
