I got gas tonight on pump 7, but the gas nozzle kept stopping on me and I noticed it kept charging me and showing it was pumping gas on the machine. I wasn’t even holding down the gas trigger so the second time the gas nozzle filler stopped I pulled it out of my tank, yet it was still charging me for gas I didn’t even get. I tried calling the number on the pump station but the automated system didn’t give me an option for my situation. I went inside and told the lady what happened and how it basically stole from me. I couldn’t even fill my tank all the way! She couldn’t help me and it’s upsetting because it essentially stole a gallon worth from me. She couldn’t do anything other than write my name down and said I had to come back when the manager was in. The fact that there’s no contingency for this situation the gas station put me in is disappointing. Since the manager isn’t in until Monday when I’d be able to go back for this ridiculous mishap is absurd.
