Express is the equivalent of Toys R Us for grown men, a place of class and casualness. What I love about this company is the quality and the people they tend to employ. I’m all about customer service, and this location like a nice soft cheesecake after some edibles hits the spot. The layout is simple, the store is kept clean, and the women who work here are bright, friendly, professional and filled with joy and charisma. I’ve never had a negative moment here and always enjoy the banter between the cashiers and I. If you’re a man without a clue or a young man looking to explore in apparel I recommend Express. You’ll love the way you feel, I guarantee it ?

Unpleasant vibe every time you walk in to this store, sad to say it’s my local express and I have no other option than to stop here. Ladies act like they own the store specially management. They don’t even greet you or anything.

I had the worst experience today with my return. I had two managers handling my return one by the name of ADRIANA that stated she was doing me a "FAVOR" (right) her manager position has her extremely entitled to treat customers any way she feels deem absolutely delusional. I was within my 60 days so she is not doing anyone a favor at all. Adriana was condescending stated it was up to her wether she would do my return and the price adjustment. Adriana went as far as to ask me if I shop at the Tyler store, does it matter where I shop? So rude I will never shop at that location again. The other manager kept repeating what I needed talking down to me like I couldn't comprehend what I went there for. I normally shop at the Rancho store and never have any issues. I reported my horrible experience to customer service and I hope that other customers are not treated in such a disgusting manner. Last time I checked if it was not for the customers they both would not have a job but they are doing me a favor. If I could rate my experience a 0 I would.

Only star for the staff member that walked to show me what I was looking for, but can tell their heart wasn't in it. I'm sorry I was the only customer in the store. I was happy though. I guess me being nice wasn't good enough.

The store Manager ADRIANA , was very rude about an order that was accidentally shipped to their store, but yet RECEIVED AND SIGNED OFF ON. Said I couldn’t pick it up because it wasn’t allowed, I called customer service and even they were questioning why I couldn’t just pick up my package there. she kept BLAMING ME saying I did it on purpose! If you don’t allow CUSTOMER packages to be DELIVERED AT YOUR STORE , maybe do your job better and actually look at what your signing off on! That just proves that you don’t even bother looking at the shipping label! F this store and all their rude employees! The reason why I prefer ONLINE SHOPPING! No customer service whatsoever

I went into Express today to return some items. The Assistant Manager Adriana was SO AMAZING! She greeted me with a smile and Hello at the register! I explained the reasons why I was returning and she happily took care of the returns. I was going to order the new items I needed online on my own, but Adriana told me that she would order them for me! She insisted! She took the time to order everything for me and let me shop around while she did so. She did everything so quickly for me, she ordered my new items, even got me a quicker shipping so I wouldn’t have to be without my work clothes for so long! She was so nice and I definitely felt special with the above and beyond customer service that I received! Thank you Adriana for my making my experience today smooth and easy! She definitely needs to get some recognition! You don’t get too much of amazing customer service now and days, However Adriana is One of a kind for sure! ??

Poor costumer service. Tried to return something I ordered online but it didn't come with receipt so I showed the girl my email from express and she said she needs confirmation order. So I showed her the confirmation order then she changed her mind then said she cannot the use the conf #. She told me to call customer service. So while I was calling them she finally said we can try my phone number. She look disgusted by touching my phone with her fingertip that she has to sanitize her hand every time she does it. Next time just use gloves pls. Or just stay home if u cannot work well enough with this pandemic.

If you're a grown man over 5'-10" and 165 lbs, there is absolutely nothing for you here. Don't waste your time.
