Stay away from this place. Shitty service and a waste of your money this car wash went down hill. Used to clean your vehicle good now soap is limited and cleaning devices are not functioning properly. Again don't waste your time and $.

Great car was in Riverside that'll leave your car nice and clean :) you get a nice wash for a great price (we got the premium wash)! You get exactly what you pay for and they make it quick and easy :)

I purchased two Ultra Detail packages. . One for my wifes car and one for mine. Scheduled to have the cars done on back-to-back days. The detailing was done by the same young woman on both days, I won't list her name because that violates Yelp's terms of service. But I will say that she knocked both the interior and exterior detail right out of the park. My almost 10 year old car looks like new, and my wife's much newer car looked show room fresh. I will be a repeat customer, especially at such a great price!!

Paid for a car wash, went through and went to vacuum afterwards and all the vacuums were gone/put away. They still had 17 minutes until closing time. Part of what we paid for was use of the vacuums.

Car still dirty. A girl who was spraying the water was on her phone and sprayed everywhere but my car, and it always stop for no reason

Everyone that works here looks like they'd rather be dead. None of the machines work to get cleaning supplies. Your car will not come out clean. Better off going to the shelf car wash and doing it yourself.

Great carwash. I recommend the membership. Not sure why they have a 3.2 rating. Considering the santa ana winds in the area you need a membership carwash.

Overall a great place to wash your car. Fast, efficient and inexpensive. I've been coming here for 2 years now. No issues at all. Staff is very friendly. Get your wash asap!!

Car wash itself is amazing, but no goody bags with towels and armor all are given. I went inside to talk to someone and the teenagers "working" inside said only Yelp reviews get goody bags. Members that have been with them since opening don't matter! Not a good way to keep customers when car washes are opening up everywhere now.

I recently moved to Riverside from Long Beach. Finding my way around town, I came to Ultra Express Car Wash. My last car wash cost more and didn't make my car shine. This is my spot now! As I make new friends here, I plan to recommend they come here.

They have signs posted that say yelp members get a free detail kit so we asked the girl working. She asked if we were going to do a review and we said yes. Sue the. barely splashed water on my car. Like literally the driver window and that was it. Normally they spray it off pretty good but she did not. Car wash wasn't great. There's still yellow soap or something all over the front . Nothing special. Paid extra for tires shine and the ores weren't even completely wet. Won't come back.

This car wash Is heading in the wrong direction. I'm a monthly subscriber and I am considering taking my business down the street as it seems no one in management cares. 8:30 am one lane open. One car stopped and no employees answering his honks for help. 15 cars in line. Had to get off the car to tell someone. You need to do better or you are going to start losing business. What's the point of having three lanes and only using one? Some sort of issue has happened the last four times I've come for a car wash. Not very convenient if convenience is what you are selling!

Nice car wash. Clean and safe. Vacuums work well and plenty available. Car wash on the pricier side but output is pretty good. Will come back.
