Started with Elite Fitness just to figure out how to loose some fat as I was not seeing any results on my own or with other trainers. Jarrod built me a custom diet, kept me accountable daily and the fat went by by! After reaching my goal we started to add muscle. I have the best body i have ever had at 40 years old.
