“I went and got my iPhone XS Max screen replaced here. It was completely shattered at the top right hand corner with cracks going all the way through each corner of the screen. The people here were very kind and were able to replace my screen in about 15 mins or less. I tipped $10 dollars. They are very professional and do very good work. I would absolutely go back for all my phone repair needs. I have had my phone now since the repair for 2 weeks now. I have my phone in a case and have dropped it a couple of times since than and still everything is looking great.”
“John is quick to reply to my call. He looked up my broken TV and it would cost a ton. So, I decided to junk it. He gave me a number to a reliable E waste service. He too replied to my call and will pick up my broken TV in a few days. An Honest, fast, reliable service man. I highly recommend this business. Thanks John”

I Broke my phone about 3 weeks ago I had no clue of what the cause was of how it got broken. My phone kept shutting off and showing a appel logo and getting stuck on recovery mode. About one week later I called around phone shops to see if they can fix my issue for my phone. All of them said no and told me its best for me to just get a new phone. Xclusive repair shop was the only one willing to fix my phone. So I turned my phone in and they stayed in contact with me throughout the 2 weeks they were fixing my phone. They found the solution of why my phone was having a issue. They told me my phone has water damage which I was unaware of. They only charge me a couple more for the water damage. They called me and told me they need to order a part for my phone and they will update me. A couple days later they called me and told me my phone was all fix. They did mentioned that I would loose all my information on my phone, photos messages,etc. But I had icloud back up and got all my data back when I backed up my phone.”
