“I had a wonderful young man Johnny assist me with backing up my data and resetting my phone to factory reset. I had tried having another Metro location assist me (Van Buren across from Mr. Taco) and the customer service was horrible. They seemed only interested in selling new phones and not helping existing clients. I was pretty disappointed in their professionalism. Johnny was a day and night contrast of that. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. He was with another client and still asked what I needed. Once I let him know, he told me he would be right with me. When it was my turn, he addressed my concerns and helped me get my phone reset without losing my data. Johnny is an example of a great employee representing a very big company. He has a great work ethic, is professional, and has great customer service. There are still wonderful young people in our workforce who take pride in what they do. Thank you Johnny you truly are an example of what Customer Service should be.”

“So excited to have worked with Patty at Communication Innovations. My sister works with her in Southern California for two way radios and I work in non-profit in the bay and need some for work. Not only are her prices much more affordable than the big companies, but she also programmed our radios with the number of stations we needed for our sites and she will be able to keep that on file to be able to replace or add to our stock of radios. I always had challenges with other companies, having to send in a radio to get the next order programmed the same, but Patty guarantees that now they we are her client, she will keep everything on file for our next order. Today, Jerii provided me with terrific technical support. He helped me to unlock 2 phones unuseable due to excessive storage occupying them and causing them to freeze. He REMOVED 40+ GBs on each phone now they work beautifully! He also helped me to navigate the transferring storage externally, utilizing widgets, importing images to my smartwatch and much more...
