HORRIBLE experience and tried with them for three years. They didn't help my son but demanded for me to change my entire work schedule around the hours they had available. They're also a nightmare to get on the phone for anything.

My daughter has kiaser unfortunately because she Autistic her case was given to easterseal. It has been a Horrible experience. They blow up your phone to get what they need but once they do that's it. You never hear from them again my daughter was already in aid before she got kiaser and the places she was at did take kiaser but easterseal wanted it their way. So they made her redo all her assessments again. So she did her ot assessment at up and moving in riverside. I was told because riverside was far they would transfer her to temcula. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN! I've called every number I can and nothing I've left messages and nothing.... when I call kiaser they can't even give me contact info on my daughter's cases and up and moving said they can't either because it only can happen from easterseal. They haven't contacted me , returned messages calls or anything all of their number go to voicemail stating no one is available to take thir call!!

I have just started getting services for my son as of January. They are short staffed for BI's and the scheduling department is terrible. They tell you not to miss too much time, but I haven't had a full week yet, 20 hours. Cancellations weekly and last minute. I am hoping they get better or I will be asking to be transferred to a vendor. The therapist are great, too bad the scheduling team isn't. Now I won't feel bad for canceling last minute on them since that's what I get.

My special needs aunt has attended the day program at this Easter Seals since 2006. She loves it here. The program director, Edna, is absolutely fantastic and all of the staff are wonderful. They treat the consumers as if they were family. If you’re looking for an adult day program, I highly recommend the Riverside Easter Seals.
