I've been to this location several times and I had and emergency to buy some Shapewear . I even left work earlier to make it before 7pm . Upset because it was 6:30 and they were closed. The mall and other stores closed at 7pm. I won't trust this place anymore. It sucks that they missed on a good sale and who knows how many more!!

The absolute best faja I have ever put on!!! I don’t have much of a shape… butt is a bit flat no curve and I carry much of my weight in my tummy. Anyways, I could not believe the shape the faja gave me. Wow!!!! Someone said my body looked like JLO ?. I had to tell them it’s the faja because I don’t look like this. Honestly, so worth the money I didn’t think twice after I tried it on. The customer service is amazing. And the material you can tell is really Colombian faja. Trust me if you’re looking for a good faja that will not only make you feel confident but will last visit this place.P.S I never leave reviews but for this one I just had to.

She sold me a Shapewear that didn't fit and then she said she didn't have any bigger ones in stock. And they have no refunds. I'm 5ft and weight 187. It doesn't make sense that she didn't have any bigger Shapewear? I paid 189 and ended getting a cheaper one and loosing the difference which was about $89? I'm never going back. That's a horrible way of making business. She took advantage of the fact that I was going to my son's wedding that same evening and then driving back home the next morning

Definitely the best shape wear! I've bought my wife the full body and just the waist one. Today we're back buying a smaller waist shape wear, pants, and the hot and cold creams! The staff is very professional and great at what they do. We are in the vegas store at meadows mall. Can't wait till we're back again for the smaller waist shaper!

i was walking around mission valley mall in san diego shopping for dresses when i passed this business, i was immediately greeted this is such a friendly environment Elisa helped me find the perfect shape wear for me! i tried on the full body shape wear and i looked stunning. the shape wear hugged me in all the right places and the material was sturdy and thick i can tell it would last me a lifetime! thanks to them i know i will look amazing in all of my dresses for every event. again big thanks to Elisa who was super helpful and friendly through out everything! i will tell my friends to come here!

***BEWARE, STAY AWAY*** As a business owner I hate, in fact I have never written a bad review because I know how harmful it is for the business BUT this one really deserves my ZERO star if there was the option. I came premature shopping before having a mommy make over because I was nervous and wanted to get things ready. Turns out the fajas recommended by the sales rep were too small, my doctor said get bigger sizes to be comfortable. As I was in bed rest I sent my husband to replace them, he didn't and got store credit(oh because they don't do cash back, only store credit) which by the way was never mentioned. Today my first day out, I came to the store to get the exact same thing I originally got but bigger sizes. I'm thinking no big deal they got my purchase history and what I paid for the fajas(the first sales rep gave me a discount for buying 2 of them) have in mind they are pricey but I didn't want to shop around. What really upset me was the terrible customer service. In order to do the purchase the sales rep needed to get authorization from the owner(I had a receipt with store credit on hand) had me waiting over 20 minutes and the owner never answered, finally I said "could you please call her, it can't be that difficult, you got my purchase history and technically I only need to get what I returned in a bigger size) the rep said "NO" it's store policy you need to wait, if I call the owner she will get upset. I said "so you rather have an upset customer". Finally, after asking her many times to please make the call (have in mind it's my first day out from my surgery, I'm getting tired and exhausted)the rep calls the owner and it turns out the owner said "do the purchase but she has to pay full price, the discount is no longer available" As a business owner and a buying customer I couldn't believe my ears, I would never have done such a thing to a client of mine. As business owners we are here to accommodate and honor discounts and prices we originally provided. Especially knowing the client was on bed rest and could not attend to this matter sooner. This business owner definitely DOES NOT have the courtesy and professionalism to keep a client. Something so simple as to make an even exchange for only larger sizes turned out into a nightmare. I ended up being at the store for over an hour waiting and trying to get my point across. The rep and the owner made no effort to do an even exchange. I will not be returning to this place. So sad to see and experience such a terrible quality service. Please think twice before coming here if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you will not be getting your money back nor honor original discounts. * Terrible customer service * no refunds, only store credit * over priced fajas, you are better off buying from Amazon * music extremely loud

Their waist trainer works the full body suit with the zipper in between your legs is amazing it shapes me so well and I can see slowly my body forming it suppresses my hunger so I don't eat so much thank you
