The Staff is always walking away gossiping and extremely Rude wish i was able to give 0. Hope something gets done they should speak to staff to be equal with every patient and professional and kind.

Only if 0 was available, the staff is extremely rude and very unprofessional my mother n law was transfer here from rowland heights and the experience is totally different.

Its a place that keeps people alive by providing a service, like an oil change. The staff lacks empathy and compassion. Its hard enough for the patients already.I understand it's a business, but your customers are sick humans, not material.
