Zero zero zero for candiyc and pharmacy they are dangerous for corporate business and retail and only respect to this hard worker and nice staff I don’t know her name but she is 10 ??? ok I got her name is Carla I just spend a his money to make this review coz people like Carla should be acknowledged and people like the senior citizen Ms candys should be retired

Karla was very helpful and even wen out of her way to assist, even though she was understaffed. She was very helpful and the main reason I will keep coming back!Thank you for having her represent CVS!

Pharmacy closes at 12-1 for lunch. Would be awesome to see that information listed anywhere. Lady working photos was extremely rude about it when I asked when they'd be open, after I stopped to look at their hours online. Unnecessary attitude is ridiculous, especially when I asked politely and there were only 3 other people in the store. How could I possibly have been bothering you? Don't work with customers then.

These people discriminate!!!I have lived in this town for over 5 years now. The dark red haired lady has always been in the front and is usually very nice. I do not have a car so I walked in with my electric scooter and was told to leave just because of it. They thought that I was a homeless person trying to steal things, despite my clean clothes the money I was willing to spend. I was not able to get my vitamins or my prescription.

Rude male asian pharmacist again! 5 minutes before closing and would not fill a simple prescription. Instead said I should come back tomorrow!! How long does it take to fill a prescription? Absolutely no compassion from this dude.

Pretty ridiculous. This Pharmacy had nothing right today for me. First off I got here and the medication amount that I have is wrong I typically have gotten 90 tablets and today suddenly I get 30 after 1 year of getting 90. They looked at me crazy when I brought this up apart from that they had my Name Wrong on the medicine. They also had an address on my file that I haven't lived at in almost 10 years. When I asked them if they can make a request to my doctor they claimed they don't do that because there is little to no success in getting a hold of them. And apart from that they've been sending me all my information in Spanish yes I speak it but this information is geared towards solely Spanish speakers. I don't even know how that happened. Point is why should your customers have to jump through several hoops to get the right treatment they need to live a healthy life? I know getting treatment here is vital for my health but you guys make me not want to continue coming here for help! Absolutely Ridiculous do better CVS!

DO. NOT. USE THEIR ONLINE ORDER/IN-STORE PICKUP SERVICE!!!! If you aren’t able to pick it up within their short time frame, they will charge you instead of refunding it back. Clearly they don’t check for ID confirmation so anyone can walk in and get your items. OR what the manager told me is they “accidentally” entered that the order was picked up when it passed the timeframe. Why is that my fault and why then am I being charged? At first they couldn’t find my order and had me call thr CVS customer service center who said it was an in-store issue. Called the store again who magically found my order and hung up the phone saying she’ll get it refunded. It’s been almost 3 weeks and still nothing.

Absolutely disgusting cigarette buds on the floor store is filthy , and line out the door , no help , they need to get with it!!!! Not coming here ever again! They should just shut it down!
