Shopped in the CVS store as the one in a Target just didn't have any of the items we were seeking... This regular CVS Pharmacy store had them, easy to find, and with some store discounts also available that is always nice to receive when shopping.... Encountered "Michael" at the check out counter and what a wonderful, pleasant experience he made to shop at this store. He was so helpful, tried to assist with difficulties from the always troublesome CVS app which tends not to display discounts that are emailed from CVS and allegedly put on the cell phone in the app, but rarely appear. Michael just made the shopping on a day with temp in excess of 100 F a very pleasant experience, and helped us forget frustrations. He just was the type of cashier you always hope you get but rarely do. Thanks Michael for making our day.

Rosanne from the pharmacy is awesome! I went to get my Rx. She was super pleasant. She was able to multi task, juggling 3 registers, 3 customers check out at the same time! I was really impressed! With the line being so long this lady knew how to handle it.

Worst pharmacy ever. They literally lied to me saying my prescription was ready and I drove there for no reason. They need to fire the staff picking up the phones or making calls. Wow I really wish the company looks into this

On hold for 20 minutes. Tried to use the automated but they have prescriptions that they were told I no longer take. I feel like their always trying to make a buck. For 2 years I've been asking to get my order if not all at once split in two but they seem to want me to pick up frequently instead. I'm thinking of just going to kaiser!

I went to the pharmacy at 12pm. Waited in line forever. When I tried to get needles for my husbands diabetes they said they couldn't get them ready because it takes at least 10 minutes to prep and they have lunch at 1230. Well I was here with enough time to do it , but I waited so long in line they wouldn't get them for me and told me to come back after 1. All of the associates had bad attitudes and didn't care we were completely out. Terrible customer service

It is the closest to me so that is why it gets 2 stars. I have been coming here since it opened and it has slowly gone downhill. Outside of the store is filthy, trash cans full and sidewalk dirty. The pharmacy personnel (except 1 one lady who has been there at least 15years) are rude and condescending. They want no contact with the customer. They prefer you use your phone for all contact. Today I called, and was treated as a major interruption in her day. If you need them to contact your doctor for an authorization, do you think they let you know that the doctor didn't call back so you can follow up? No, that would be a customer friendly action...they don't even use the text to let you know. I doubt things will change, because they don't care and they know people will use them for the convenience of the location. After today's call, I decided I might have to use this location BUT I don't have to accept their rudeness. I am going to politely call the rudeness to their attention. Maybe we all should -
