I generally like going to CVS great staff at the pharmacy with good attitude but this last visit the guy with a white goatee appeared so paranoid and definitely has issues
I bought some stuff for more than $20 and paid at the self-checkout. They didn't have bags by the self checkout register so when I asked the guy with the white long goatee, he RUDLY responded: bags are for 10 cents, and I said I already paid but he started acting crazy and started spinninglike a hamster in a wheel.
Shame on CVS for having weirdos like that.

The team member that assisted me with my transaction is Leticia. She went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and seen as a customer. I am a 30 year old woman buying a cane for the first time and she never judged me or looked at me weird for buying it or for walking around the store with it before I bought it. I need this cane to walk safely and to keep my balance, and I am sad and emotional about using one so young. Leticia helped me sign up for Extracare plus rewards to save some money on this expensive purchase and made it a super easy process. I am so so so appreciative of her. This location is my regular CVS and I feel confident to continue shopping here because of employees like Leticia that truly care about their customers. Please recognize her for her customer care as she deserves it. It was recently her birthday and she deserves to be spoiled for her kindness and amazing work ethic. Thank you Leticia!

I came during night shift And the person that helped me was Lana Lara. She knows the product in the store very well she’s very professional. I was shopping for a baby medicine and with all the different brands and kinds Sometimes it’s hard to make a decision what product to go with she answered all my questions and made it very easy to pick the right product .I am very pleased thank you so much 5 ⭐️ for Lana!!!!

CVS Online booked me ..said they had Moderna Covid..for Sat AM appointment...sat patiently waiting for 15 minutes past appointment time only to be told they had none..but different OEM...lol
Ridiculous...since Online booking is their PROCESS!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too! Pharmacists are rude and dismissive. Will not fill medication even when the nurse calls in. Do not waste your time with this location.

I’ll never trust anyone with my kids needs besides this pharmacy. I hate having to drive from one place to another and the pharmacy by my house NEVER fills prescriptions when they come in. Other customers must be more valuable there but this place doesn’t discriminate! They helped us right away, showed care and urgency! I’m so grateful and confident, this place takes care of us! Be patient, show kindness and I’m sure you will have a delightful experience as well! This guy that works late is a blessing from above! ?? I don’t want to put your name here but thank you for helping me take care of my baby! This is the least I can do!
