Cashier was very rude and looked annoyed when I walked into the store. Did not greet and looked annoyed that I needed assistance. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

Have been coming to this pharmacy for 8 years and have to say their customer service has been amazing. I'm here, while the pharmacist is going above and beyond to get me my prescriptions. Cashiers are always super friendly too.

It's even worse than 6 months ago haha app says it's ready, and the piss for brain workers told me it wasn't gonna be really till tomorrow!!!

After receiving a call on Tuesday, I went to CVS to pick up a prescription. I got in line around 4:25 and waited roughly 15 minutes to reach the drive through window. When I got to the window I was told they had no prescription for pick up. I asked them to check again as I'd received the notification days before. Same response - nothing there. The lady even went so far as to say, it had been shipped to me directly. I left the line. I called the company to confirm the prescription had been sent. They confirmed the date, time, location and who signed for it (BOYD). I get BACK in the line and wait another 15 or so minutes. There is a new tech at the window who claims that again, nothing there. I recount the whole story AGAIN and she yelps, " Oh!" And excuses herself. She comes back suddenly with the prescription. No apology for the inconvenience or misinformation. AND she did not ask me to sign for the medication as she should have. Horrible experience that took way too long.

The store staff and the pharmacy staff are efficient, friendly and personable. It is a delight doing business with this store. I particularly am very impressed with the pharmacy. They go the extra mile to fill my prescriptions.

This Pharmacy is terrible . Very unprofessional. I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and once it was my turn , I was told they were closing in 6 minutes and I'd have to come back in the morning . Plus , the pharmacy person filling orders had his hands in the medication ( no gloves) pushing the meds thru a shoot . I'm not a germaphobe but this grossed me out . I miss the rite aid that closed . I will be switching to the one in canyon crest !

Got here five minutes before they close and they locked the door and said they were close. Now Sun have to drive around town to find a place that has an essential item that I need. I work nights and regularly go to this location immediately after I get out of work at 10:30pm. Very disappointed in a store that doesn't honour their posted close time of 11:00pm. Do better CVS, you're a pharmacy, not a bar or restaurant!

I've only been coming here for a few weeks, but I have had good experiences so far every time. There is one staff member at the pharmacy in particular whose name I wish I'd thought to get, who has just been so sweet with me. They worked hard to correct an issue I had with Walgreens, and this particular staff member took time with me to ask me questions about my medication and provided information I needed about it with empathy and patience. The next time I came in she remembered me and asked me how I was doing with the new medication and is just generally great, I always feel relieved when I see her working. She seems to really care about her customers. They've been great about all my many meds being transferred to them, and when my items have had to be ordered as they're not usually stocked, they've come in quickly without a hassle. I'll be staying with them assuming nothing changes.

They don't even know how to do accounts and the machine helps them, they charged me for an extra product, before leaving the store I went back to tell them that they charged me for an extra product and they didn't know how to return my money, according to them they returned the product and The cashier's bills didn't work out, I called the manager and he was the same as her, they need more intelligent staff, the first time they overcharged me and the second time when I returned the product they overcharged me

Picked up a few cosmetic items, there was a bit of a line so I chose the self checkout. Unfortunately one of my items wouldn't scan so I needed an attendant. The light was lit above the register and a message was repeated several times that an attendant was on the way. I must of stood there for 10 min while the clerk behind the front register argued with a customer. Looked like the woman behind him could of been the manager. I got so frustrated I left my items along with two cents I had found on the floor. Hopefully someone got the message. I will never patronize this establishment again.
