Horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I would hate for others to have the same experience I had. I have attached the full story on my experience on the images above. I called on Monday and the guy Told me that right now they have free estimates and to take my tv down to them. The price estimate they gave me Over the phone was around $80-$100 after I dropped it off I received a call a few hours later to say it was going to be $250 I didn't expect it to be that expensive since I was told a different price over the phone, and I wasn't counting on paying that much after I just replaced my old tv. I politely said I couldn't afford it at this time. The guy said I can pick up the tv before 5pm. I went at 4pm and the tv wasn't out back together. Little do I know about tv repair I didn't know they had to take it apart. The guy seemed very bothered at the time and told me To come back another day. I decided to clear my schedule and leave work early today (Wednesday, December 1st) and on my way in the guy brought me my tv, without the cable or the remote. I asked for my TVs cable and he gave me a random cable that's not even for my tv. I added it on the picture above. He then gave me my remote. And told me to not take back the tv or else I would pay them more because it is a lot of work to give a "free estimate" and I asked how much more and he said $250. I then commented "$250 was the original price you gave me" I figured he would say $300 or so. Well just for making that comment some guy in the back walked up to the front mad and said "bottom line do you want to fix it or not" as if I was arguing with the guy I was speaking to before. Then he went on yelling saying how much work it takes and how much their "free estimate" took time away from them. I then walked out to not argue and the guy went on yelling out the door. "YOU DONT WANT TO LITEN THEN GET OUT". Very unprofessional service I. My opinion, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I hope no one has the same experience I just witnessed.

I’ve been going there for years. Not going back ever. I took a receiver in because it wasn’t turning on . When I brought it home it turned on . But no sound was coming out. I took it back to the shop they said they would fix it . After months of me calling them . They Finally called and said it was ready. THEY TRIED TO GIVE ME A LOW END RECEIVER telling me it was my receiver in a different case . Very unethical.

Do not take your computer here. TV repair is okay. However my computer has not been the same since! It’s worse then the issues I had. On top of that the battery all the sudden went bad ( funny )You can buy a new computer for the price they charge to “repair it “
