I’m Danny and I’ve loved my experience with Cricket. I was in to bring my number and get a new phone and they helped with everything and even saved a ton. I miss the people that worked there but these new people really know their stuff! Thanks!

i was recommended cricket by my family members and i will never return,i went in a larger fat guy and short girl with bangs were there, i was greeted and the larger guy was giving me a quick rundown on the information but was not saying anything remotely useful to make me want to switch over from a carrier i was set on not wanting. I am assuming he was a new employee based off the fact that he wasnt giving me the right information i was reading off the paper he gave me. the prices of internet plans and monthly plans were different than what i was reading so it felt already like a huge scam. when i asked about iphones he said that cricket never carries any because they only sell their brand of phone which i didnt know.he showed me the cheapest phone possible he said it was $30 and when i asked if he had anything better like an iphone or if i could order one he said it wouldnt really be possible that id have to buy it elsewhere and bring it to connect here because thats the only phones cricket carries because its a small company and when i asked of any other locations he said its all the same cricket, i left confuse because his coworker was showing and selling a phone that didnt look anything like what i was shown, i was going to wait for other assistance but i decided to go somewhere else where they could carry other branded phones.

the short blonde girl was horribly rude and didnt offer any assistance. i normally come to this location for everything and i wanted a new phone and she said that there was no deals for me when i had gone in recently and they explained i was supposed to get a deal but i just didnt have to money to pay and now that i did have the money i didnt get a deal! cancelled my service after that bs

First I walked in the store and the larger woman with blue hair and glasses was rude and did not welcome new customers. Another customer was walking around looking at phones while we were at the counter waiting to be helped, and she told us that she was already helping this other customer first... but she wasn't helping anyone, she was just being rude and did not want to help us. When she asked the other customer what he needed he told her that he was just looking at phones and did not need any assistance. She finally helped me and told me that I needed to have the phone on me to activate my line even though I had financed my phone through this exact store and had an account with cricket. When I came back to the store with the phone, I walked up to the door as she was locking it possibly to go to lunch. I had already walked up to the door as the last customer was walking out. As I was standing there as she was locking the door and saw me standing there and didn't say anything at all and walked away. I have dealt with this store for a while and I have never been treated like this before. This girl is unprofessional and rude.

I went to get a new phone at this location and didn't know what to expect to be quite honest. I've never gone by myself to get a new phone before. However, I'm lucky that I ran into Jackie. She was very helpful and informative. I don't know what they're paying her but I don't think it's enough. Above all, I would highly recommend anyone to visit this store. I wish I could give six stars! I rate 10/10, would purchase phones and other moderately priced accessories from here again. Thank you for your time.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced and I mean ever. If I could give NEGATIVE amounts of stars I would. We wont be back and I will forward this review to ALL of my contacts. And I DESPARATELY hope it reaches your manager/CEO because YOU need an attitude check. We called ahead to switch our service plan. A young woman answered the phone, my husband explained that we were switching to their service and without asking ANY questions she assured him that she could help and to just come to the store. When we arrived at the store she (the same girl we talked to on the phone) quickly informed us that she could not help us. When I asked why she stated I can't use those. I then asked her to elaborate (to explain) and she ROLLED her eyes and in a VERY sarcastic tone said, "Sure, I can ELABORATE for you." She then stated that their store does not carry the same sim cards as the ones we had ordered online. That we would have to buy another service plan from her store or call the 800 number for cricket wireless. I stated that we had called ahead wondering WHY SHE DID NOT ASK US OVER THE PHONE IF WE ALREADY HAD SIM CARDS IN THE FIRST PLACE; and in the same rude tone cut me off and said, "yeah I know, I was the one who answered your call. And you didn't tell me that you already had SIM cards." She never apologized, she didn't introduce herself, and as we left I was the one who said, "Have a nice day." She was a tall, brunette, white girl standing slack-jawed and who very visually did NOT want to be working there in a black long sleeved sweatshirt. Now I get that this store is kind of in the ghetto, but you guys don't have to act like it. You could have been professional if you wanted to or the at the very least a LITTLE nice.
