I am very disappointed with my latest order. They claimed to have a professional florist create a nice (Left pic) "Christmas Design".But what my mother got for her birthday, was a bunch of green leaves. Kinda sucks. will not be going back to these guys.

First time ordering from here and it was a great experience. Great service, great product and great communication. We ordered 3 arrangements for a funeral and they were very helpful with delivery time. Miguel would always call me back and answer any questions or concerns I had. I was very happy with everything. I highly recommend!

Very disappointed. I needed an arrangement for a funeral I was not able to go to. I wanted a plant with a touch of flowers so the family could keep the plant. It was a plant with yellow flowers in a very nice basket. I did not want to order on line because I had some questions. I had to leave 3 messages before someone called me back. After I ordered, the instructions were to have the plant delivered by a certain time at the funeral home. I received an e-mail saying they were delivered at the scheduled time. They lied my friend was there very early in the room and she said they never came. After the funeral I showed my friend the plant and she said she never saw it. Two days later after the funeral she went to the grave site and found a flower arrangement that had my receipt in the plastic container. She told me the invoice number and I compared it to mine, that is the only way I knew it was my arrangement. They looked nothing like what I ordered. They were mainly flowers in a plastic tub. I wanted to address my concern and to this day, I still have not received a call back. I have left several messages and now it's been a week. This is the first yelp I have ever written because I have been so upset that I have no control over this situation. This is a sad time for people and they should be more considerate, understanding and have better values. I suggest not to use there business.

Awesome service same day delivery and with in the window I asked for. Miguel.D at Columbia Flowers kept me up date on my delivery. Wife loved the flowers and that’s what counts.

I got flowers delivered to my wife about a week ago and forgot to leave an amazing review because these flowers were so well done and put together my wife enjoyed them they lasted awhile more then store bought thank you cloumbia flowers for making the flowers and i just gotta say it was affordable ?? ?
