The staff here is always so pleasant, the young man named Derian is the best! He helped me get my groceries in my van with a smile on his face :)

I usually put up with the slow service, but recently was denied the purchase of an adult beverage by a young employee. I asked why and he just stated he wasn't comfortable selling me my beer. Even a manager was called over, and still the same. I was given no reason why other than no. I'm almost 39.

I had a pretty great shopping day here. The thing that impressed me was the different new fruits and veggies they had. Pink pineapples that i had never heard of. Something called a "cherrymoya" i think. and a personal favorite that i ended up buy a full bag of was the cactus pears. The staff in the section went above and beyond to give me recommendations about stuff i'd never tasted. im loving the new items they carry. The meat section has the great taco meat on town. i always go here for their meat. i use it for when im grilling for my fam to make tacos.

I've been a shopper in this store for the past 20 years and the direction of this store is concerning. First, I know a few of the managers by name Jackie, Anthony and Brad are amazing and I always enjoy going to them for help, they've been helping me for years find groceries I need as well as special orders. Most other employees look worn down and no customer service. Lines are usually long in the evening times. The management team above at this staters is the only reason I keep coming back. I also asked for Rob on Friday and was told by a cashier he no longer works at this location which is unfortunate but makes sense, he was a great smile at this store. I don't know why stores make changes.

Customer service I horrible here. The kids at the checkout spend so much time talking to each other then the customers. You say "thank you" they say "mm hmm" never "your welcome". They look made hike ringing you up. The young ladies are the worse with the snappy attitudes. Someone needs to do a mystery shop day and come in on purpose to be rung up to see how their associates treat customers. Walking around the store you can see how staff won't look you in the eye and avoid you so you won't ask them for help. I had a small child with me and even my child noticed that the customer service at checkout was short, snappy and rude. You would think we had an altercation or something with the way the young lady treated us. Please do better, we never have had this at any other stator brothers and this is the third time we received this energy from this location

I would give them a zero, but it's not possible. I go to staters for their meat dept. I've noticed lately they have a bunch of junior butchers working in that department. They seem very put out when you ask them to do anything other than throw meat from the shelf on a piece of paper and wrap it up. I find them folding meat all the time from bacon to fish and even in the deli depth on occasion. Nobody want their meat folded, especially at the prices we pay nowadays. What really set me off today was in the fish dept..l I asked for a whole salmon fillet, which we do often in my house, and the guy at the counter wanted to offer me two halves. I declined and asked for a whole fillet, so he went in the back. He got me a whole fillet, and before I could see it, he had it folded in plastic and was wrapping it up. I thought this was strange since they usually bring them out for me to see first. But he seemed very disturbed by my request in the first place. I got the fillet home and unwrapped and couldn't believe what he gave me. This pice of salmon looked as if it had been in a knife fight and lost badly. You couldn't remove it from the bag or flip it over without it falling apart before it was even cooked. I spent 40 bucks on this pile of crap that couldn't be cooked on the smoker. I am so pissed I will have to find another place to buy meat because I will not take this crap from their newby employees at a store I've been shopping for decades.

went in for a quick run of groceries with my partner, and at the deli I was met with immature workers who would rather talk among themselves than actually provide good service to a guest. I asked for our deli cuts to be done thinly and every time the worker showed us it was exactly the same, a standard deli cut. it reached a point where I just agreed so we could get along with our day. I know what it's like to work in a deli and seeing things like the conditions of how the slicers were in, shows someone really needs to reevaluate who they allow in there to work.

Overpriced, bad attitudes, no thanks. Walmart down the street has curbside pickups and way better pricing.

Open the sandwich. It was made as if the person didn't care. The deli person. She kept telling me about the premade sandwiches. Those are not the type of meats I like. It's a specific type of meats and cheese I like on my family size sub. Cut in certain slices. Terrible services.

This store was always very nice to go to. Always could find what u needed. But after Covid-19's hit it has changed a bit but not their fault. Workers are still very nice and caring. The worst I see everywhere is the people that come in and fun out with carts of food stealing. But that seems to be in all stores around here. But I do highly recommend this store even with the bad people stealing. Sadly that effect's us all on pricing. Ty you all at this store for caring for us.

Stater Bros ha always been my faithful grocery store. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. As hard as it's been for so many businesses to try and stock their shelves, I was able to find most of what I needed during the Pandemic. If there was an item I could not find, the staff at Stater Bros. would let me know where I could find an item, even if it meant that I visit another store. Stater Bros will always be first choice!

Except for one clerk who is exceptional the rest are not warming or welcoming. They rather talk to baggers or other employees about nonsense that does pertain to what's happening at that moment.

Easy parking and pleasant, friendly and helpful workers in this market. Markets are few and far between in this area, so grateful for this one.
