Lame customer service. Covid is gone & the doctor is only seeing me through the monitor. How can you get accurate results and prescribe me specific medications when your not present?

I scheduled an appointment online. I needed to get tested for a flight. I got a bunch of notifications and text messages confirming my appointment. I showed up and sure enough... they were closed for the day. And the mailbox was full when we called... we paid $130 for nothing. Don't waste your time with this location

Don’t waste your time going there. Very bad customer service especially the receptionist named Marylou. She kept my info like my drivers license & credit card while she let me wait outside. Didn’t even bother to give it back to me. She was very rude too.
