Probably the worst customer service I've ever had at a bank. It took them over 30 minutes to cash a check. The teller was an older woman with horrible customer service skills.

They charge you to cash their own check. Mary said why don't you go to your bank then? Cuz your closer and you issued the check Mary. I'll never come back again. Not cool

Everyone is very kind at this bank as soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile they have very knowledgable & friendly staff. I will be transferring my accounts here soon, And plus the location in downtown has many mom and pop shops and I love to support our Local businesses. Wish more banks were as welcoming as they are.

It's being reported on Social Media (with video) that the front door was left unlocked, allowing anyone to occupy the building. Clients and customers beware when using this bank for securing your money.

Some at desks don't wear thier masks at all and some wear it 100% improperly under thier nose. These are not stupid people they know how to wear a mask, they choose not to.

I was having issues with the ATM. Not a big deal. Went inside asked for help. Lady at the counter was nice and some what helpful. Thin what looked to be here manager ill call her (Karen) came up and asked what was going on. She migjt have been alarmed at my appearance as i havent been able to get a hair cut due to social distancing. KAREN looked me up an down took my card and said i cant take money out of this card that i need to call. Ive taken money out many times its a Toyora rewards card that issies bonuses. Karen was very rude kept insisting i leave and kept cutting me off. Looking at me with judgement as i was just trying to answer the first ladys questions.

Love the old-fashioned customer service! I work near here so I am in this branch often. The ladies always greet you and engage in conversation, as though they care about you more than just a customer, but as a person. Sometimes I have to wait a bit longer than I am used to, but I appreciate them taking their time and treating each person well. Don't expect fast machines taking away jobs here, it's people serving people. Even the security guard is friendly and always waves and says hello. I'd recommend this branch to everyone!

I'm giving 5 even though we no longer a customer. BUT AMAZING CUSTOMERS SERVICE!!! We been with Citi for over 10yrs but they don't have bank near us. Thank you for the last service to the gentleman and the lady who took care of us today.

Terrible bank! Their parking security guard is rude. He harasses bank customers. I went in after being harassed by him and closed my account. I'm not going to bank somewhere where you have to deal with someone extremely rude the minute you step out of your car in the bank parking.

This bank has a friendly environment that can no longer be experienced at the other sterile banks that have limited human interaction. In this world where people already spend too much time with technology it is relieving to actually speak with a friendly bank teller who knows your name. We have been banking here for over 12 years and I have always felt welcomed. So, if you want a friendly bank where you build a relationship with your bank and they know your name when you walk in, then this is it.

My experience with this bank was not not a good one. I certainly understand that today with so much fraud banks are particularly careful when a new customer comes into their bank, I get it. However, as a new small business owner attempting to cash a check drawn on their account it was very upsetting and frustrating to be denied the opportunity to cash a check based soley on the fact that my valid driver's license included my maiden name as well as my married , Whereas, my check had only my married name on it. Many women have both names on their id but go by the married name only. Now keep in mind, I did have six pieces of valid identification that showed both my maiden and married name. The first teller passed me to a second teller and the second teller showed this information to whom I believe was the manager? And without taken even, as much as, a second look she shook her head and said no! Often times a good manager would walk over and apologize that this is the company policy and make you feel like they appreciate your business but they are unable to assist you. Instead, they left me with a feeling of unworthyness. I received absolutely no feeling of customer service experience in my opinion. So disappointed, I would rather drive further out than to use this bank again.
