New customer and had issues getting set up but Itzel is great! took care of each item with a calm and pleasing attitude until it was completed correctly...made all the difference! A great teller makes all the difference.

Waited 10 minutes for a teller as the only customer in the bank. Once the teller arrived, the service was far below any the other Citibank branches I have interacted with, as there was no effort made to accommodate the customer.

I just left the bank with a sour taste from the manager, she was disrespectful and rude towards me; the teller was wonderful and helpful; I was having issues with my card and teller stated to call the number on the back of the card, and to come back to her once issue was resolved. As I was coming back to her a lady cut me off and said I needed to get back in line; at that time I let her get in front of me, manager came to me and with an attitude stated I cannot walk to the teller without getting in line; I explained to her the situation and she restated that it did not matter what the teller said, I got out of line and needed to start all over again. I have never feel so humiliated in a bank specially coming from the branch manager. I hope her supervisors read the customer comments and take action to maybe retrain her to be a better person and to set the bar high for all the employees. She needs to set the example!

I went to the ATM around noon on a Wed, broad daylight. Some homeless guy, crazy hair was walking around me, within 5', muttering and watching me intently. It made me incredibly nervous, and when I turned around to protect my back (card inserted, acct open/available) he started gibbbering and physically assaulted/tore out a flower bed while still side-eyeing me. I don't think I'll EVER go back to this location or ATM.

WENT HERE AT 10:29AM AND NO ONE WAS IN HERE NO CUSTOMERS I ASKED TO OPEN A ACCOUNT AND THEY TOLD ME NOONE WAS AVAILABLE , NOT INTERESTED IN BANKING HERE I CAN ONLY IMAGIN HAVING A ACCOUNT HERE THEY WOULDNT BE ABLE TO HELP ME. LAZY PEOPLE! HIRE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK

I went in on Saturday with an appointment. I was a little late but the personal banker took me in right away. The people at this branch are always so pleasant and helpful. Was done in less the half an hour. I’m great full they respect my time.

15 years with citibank business. This is the worst branch and very disappointing. So bad in fact I'm opening my new business with another bank. They make appointments then flake, are incapable of opening a business account in a sitting, don't follow corporate procedures, don't communicate with customers, and generally just waste everyone's time and could care less. Obviously the branch manager is to blame and should be replaced. Looking forward to a new experience with another bank.

Worse bank ever. Have been waiting for a call from the branch manager or distist manager for a couple days now. Spoke to a customer service representative in regards to fraud. They said only the branch can grant provisional credit. Asked to have one of these 2 associates call me. Still no call and still no provisional credit. Close your accounts and run to another bank. The rules in regards to fraud is not like other banks. It could take 2 cycles to get credit. [2 months] I have a police report and photos to show it is fraud, but they still make me feel like I'm lying. Worse customer service ever!!!
