Being here was the most insulting most embarrassing moment in 2022 to say the least ..I get there and the teller ..I didn't catch his name but has green blue eyes little short guy...asked for my check .. company check I might add ...ran the numbers called it in to make sure it was real and then decided not to cash my check by saying I have to drive to Colton because I don't have a account there...if you weren't going to cash it why run the numbers ..my guess... racial profiling and stereotypes...I'll never come here again and I will let all be known my experience with little man here...

Sorry for the honest feedback. Never being able to get through to anyone at the branch through the phone. Once being able to contact someone, always became delayed or unresponsive.

CitiBank has the WORST customer service! We have been working with them for almost a year and it has been a horrible experience. Nothing like being passed around the globe and providing your personal information to 10 people that are unable to assist you only to be passed on AGAIN!!Want to talk to a live person at a branch? Good luck! I called the Riverside branch 5 times this morning only to be disconnected.Once they obtain your money, they lock you out of your account even though you already had mature cash in the account. They send you messages that can only be accessed from your account but you CAN'T ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT!!I will be working on moving my money ASAP! It's been 12 months of hell with CitiBank!! They don't deserve any stars!

This is the worst ank I have ever tried to deal with. For weeks now, I Can't thru on the phone to anyone, cant make an appointment to talk to anyone, and their physical locations are mostly closed. I can't imagine how I might access this bank at a time of real emergency such as n earthquake. Horrible.

Staff has always gone above and beyond for my needs and request. Everyone of the tellers is so kind and helpful. I've stayed with this bank longer than any I have tried and I've tried them all. Great service for sure in my opinion
